The Research Of Cited Articles In Pei Songzhi’s Commentaries On Standard History Of The Three Kingdoms

History of the Three Kingdoms is a history book written by the Western Jin historian Chen Shou.It is a history book that records the history of Wei,Shu and Wu during the Three Kingdoms period.This book shows the history of China’s transition from division to unity in the decades from AD 220 to 280.In 428 AD,Pei Songzhi was ordered by Liu Yilong,Emperor Wen of the Song Dynasty,to annotate the History of the Three Kingdoms.On the basis of the original book,Pei Songzhi quoted a large number of articles in the notes.These articles include edicts,tables,notes,edicts,revelation,and other styles.These articles are not only large in number,but most of them are relatively complete and cover a wide range of content.It provides precious historical materials for future generations to study the articles and works of the Three Kingdoms Dynastyis,and has extremely high academic value.The full text is mainly divided into five parts.The first chapter is the summary of Pei Songzhi and Commentaries on Standard History of the Three Kingdoms.The first section starts from the the Book of Song Dynastyis and other historical books,and researches the life,main deeds and main works of Pei Songzhi in the Pei family of He Dong Wenxi.The second section analyzes the direct political reasons for Pei Songzhi’s annotations and the internal reasons for the development of historiography from Chen Shou’s writing of History of the Three Kingdoms to Pei Songzhi’s commentaries.Finally,the article summarizes the content and style characteristics of Pei Songzhi’s annotations.Pei Songzhi adhered to the spirit of record-keeping,neither boasting too much nor concealing evil deeds.At the same time,he also cited many books and created a new and diversified way of annotating history.The second chapter is an overview of the cited articles in Commentaries on Standard History of the Three Kingdoms.On the basis of comprehensively collecting the articles cited in Pei Songzhi’s commentaries,the paper classifies and sorts out the articles.The paper presents the source distribution and style distribution of these articles in the form of a table.Then the thesis discusses Pei Songzhi’s processing of the article and the identification and evaluation of the historical facts of the content.The fourth chapter is about the articles cited in Commentaries on Standard History of the Three Kingdoms and the research on the style of the Wei and Jin Dynasties.From the perspective of stylistics,the thesis combines the two factors of the direction of writing and the style of official documents to classify the articles.Based on the text,this paper analyzes the artistic characteristics of different styles,including memorials,edicts,letters and argumentative essays.And try to explore the development of some styles of the Three Kingdoms Dynasties through these articles.The fifth chapter is the research on the literature value and ideological and cultural value of the cited articles in Commentaries on Standard History of the Three Kingdoms.This paper reflects the precious value of these articles for the preservation of documents in the Wei and Jin Dynasties through the comparison of editions.In addition,these documents not only enrich the history recorded in the History of the Three Kingdoms,but also reflect the mentality changes of these scholars in the Three Kingdoms Dynasties under the new trend of thought and political situation.
