Based on the theory of scaffolding teaching method,this paper selects the appropriate scaffolding type and designs the teaching according to the students ’ learning situation,in order to achieve the ideal teaching effect,stimulate students ’ enthusiasm and interest in Chinese learning,and enable students to better grasp the ability to use Chinese and understand the relevant cultural background knowledge of Chinese in a relaxed and pleasant classroom learning process.The online teaching design of international Chinese education should fully grasp the existing conditions such as learners,learning environment and learning content.Considering the basic theories of linguistics,pedagogy,psychology and culturology in international Chinese education and teaching.The ultimate goal of international Chinese education and teaching is to enable students to speak Chinese well and write Chinese characters well to master the basic knowledge and skills of Chinese and feel the unique charm of Chinese culture.To cultivate the ability to communicate in Chinese.During the COVID-19 pandemic,online Chinese teaching has developed rapidly.This teaching design takes three foreign students in the second class of2022 advanced study of International Chinese College of Henan University as the teaching object,and takes the third lesson A box of mooncakes in the sixth grade of HSK standard course as the teaching content,and carries out the online teaching design of the corresponding content.This paper is divided into five chapters :The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the reason and significance of the research,and systematically expounds the background,purpose and significance of this paper.And literature review of previous studies.The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of the teaching design of the intermediate Chinese comprehensive course,introduces the specific application of the scaffolding teaching method in the teaching design and the teaching principles of the intermediate Chinese comprehensive course.The third chapter analyzes the relevant elements of the third lesson A box of mooncakes in the HSK Standard Course Level 6,that is,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching priorities and difficulties,teaching objects,teaching environment,textbook analysis,and teaching time,teaching strategy,teaching method and teaching aid preparation are studied in ten parts.In the fourth chapter,based on the consideration of the content of the text and the hours required for teaching,the design of each three natural segments is one lecture(two hours)for a total of three lectures(six hours).This paper expounds the specific design process of online teaching design based on scaffolding teaching method.The fifth chapter is mainly a summary of the online teaching design course of ’ a box of moon cakes ’,refines the innovation points of online teaching design,and points out the shortcomings of the online teaching design of ’ a box of moon cakes ’ and the targeted improvement scheme.
