| Wang Anyi published his first prose work Forward in 1976,marking his formal entry into the literary world.Since he stepped into the literary world,he has been favored by literary critics and readers.In the creation process of more than 40 years,Wang Anyi has contributed 15 fulllength works,numerous collections of short stories and essays,which are fruitful and have an important position in the contemporary literary world.Wang Anyi has always maintained the vitality of creation,high production at the same time,the creation quality is very high.Throughout Wang Anyi’s works,it can be found that Wang Anyi has always kept aloof from grand narration,and placed his works in marginal space to convey the corresponding marginal culture and show the survival and mental state of marginal characters.In the continuous work,there is a tendency to "write on the edge".This paper takes the edge writing as the starting point to make an in-depth study of Wang Anyi’s works.This paper is mainly composed of introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction summarizes the research background of Wang Anyi’s works,summarizes the relevant researches on Wang Anyi and the edge at home and abroad,and analyzes the research significance of Wang Anyi’s works.Based on the above three aspects,the research ideas and methods of this paper are proposed.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter explores the multiple dimensions of "marginal writing" in Wang Anyi’s works.It analyzes and discusses the "marginal writing" in his texts from five dimensions,namely,character presentation and shaping,narrative mode,ethical emotion and relationship,spirit,geography and culture,and divides the marginal characters into main marginal people and non-major marginal characters.At the same time,exploring Wang Anyi’s different treatment of male and female characters,focusing on Wang Anyi’s alienation from grand narrative,and then analyzing Wang Anyi’s handling methods of focusing on the truth by weakening the background of The Times,starting from the daily life with the atmosphere of fire,and exploring Wang Anyi’s presentation ways of marginal ethical love and relationship,as well as the spiritual dilemma and survival strategy of marginal people.Explore Wang Anyi’s different attitudes and emphases towards natural countryside and city--traditional culture and modern culture,village and city--rural culture and city culture,East and West--Eastern culture and Western culture.The second chapter explores and analyzes the generation mechanism of Wang Anyi’s "marginal writing".The generation mechanism is mainly explored from three aspects: Wang Anyi’s initial contact with the edge in his childhood,the growth stage of young people focusing on the edge,and the influence of literature and culture,so as to explore the historical causes of Wang Anyi’s formation of "edge writing",involving the dual influences of internal causes of individuals and external causes of society.The third chapter explores the characteristics of Wang Anyi’s marginal writing,including the multiplicity and complexity of the edge,the loneliness of life experience and the tragic fate of the characters.On the edge of multiplicity and complexity,the characters in the work unconsciously walk towards a lonely life and tragic fate.The fourth chapter focuses on the significance of Wang Anyi’s "marginal writing".Wang Anyi’s works,on the one hand,help to find the focus of contemporary literature and guide many literary workers to create popular literary works under the guidance of Speech at the Forum on Literary and Artistic Work.On the other hand,they have important direction for spiritual civilization and reflect the humanistic care that writers inject into their works.The last part is the conclusion of the article,which makes a comprehensive summary of the full text,explains the excellence and limitations of Wang Anyi’s "edge writing",shows Wang Anyi’s adherence to the mission of literary workers,and highlights the significance of the literary history and aesthetic value of Wang Anyi’s "edge writing". |
