an important starting point for accelerating the iterative upgrading of rural industrial structure and the innovation and fission of cultural core.Jianchuan wood carving with Bai ethnic is a traditional craft with Bai cultural characteristics,is an important part of China’s intangible cultural heritage,the government has cultivated it as a cultural industry with ethnic regional characteristics,the development of Jianchuan wood industry with Bai ethnic is conducive to adjusting the economic and industrial structure of Jianchuan area,driving local economic and cultural development to contribute to rural revitalization.However,at present,the Jianchuan wood carving industry with Bai ethnic has problems such as small scale,scattered and weak,low market share,and its development is still relatively slow.Therefore,in order to better promote the high-quality and sustainable development of Jianchuan wood carving industry with Bai ethnic and clarify the reasons for its slow and lagging development,this paper takes system management theory,system dynamics theory,cultural capital theory and other related theories as guidance,and uses literature research methods,field investigation methods,questionnaire survey methods,semi-structured interviews and other research methods to take Jianchuan Bai wood carving as a whole and system,and conduct in-depth research on the dynamic mechanism of the development of Jianchuan wood carving cultural industry with Bai ethnic characteristics.The optimization path and countermeasures for the development of Jianchuan wood carving cultural industry with Bai ethnic characteristics are proposed,in order to provide scientific reference and theoretical guidance for the further development of Jianchuan wood carving cultural industry with Bai ethnic characteristics.Firstly,the development status of Jianchuan wood carving cultural industry with Bai ethnic characteristics is analyzed through field investigation and research.Secondly,the dynamic factors affecting the development of Jianchuan wood carving industry with Bai ethnic are analyzed,and the dynamic mechanism for the development of Jianchuan wood carving cultural industry with Bai ethnic characteristics is constructed from four subsystems: thrust system,tensile system,support system and intermediary force system based on system dynamics theory and system management theory.The dynamic subsystems and their dynamic factors in the development dynamic mechanism of Jianchuan wood carving cultural industry with Bai ethnic characteristics were analyzed.Third,the main problems existing in the Jianchuan wood carving cultural industry with Bai ethnic characteristics are analyzed from the four subsystems of the development subsystem have led to the slow development of Jianchuan Bai woodcarving characteristic cultural industry.Finally,in view of the current problems of the power systems for the development of Jianchuan wood carving cultural industry with Bai ethnic characteristics,the optimization path and countermeasures for the development of Jianchuan wood carving cultural industry with Bai ethnic characteristics
