Research On The Dynamic Mechanism And Mode Of The Integration Of Tourism Industry And Cultural Industry In Ethnic Areas

Researches on tourism in ethnic regions involve multiple different fields,and has formed distinctive research paradigms.The integration and development of the tourism industry and cultural industry in ethnic regions become the important content of cultural and tourism integration,and the important issue the development of tourism in ethnic regions.At present,the researches on tourism and cultural industry integration in ethnic regions are rare both at home and abroad.This paper tries to build dynamic mechanism model of tourism and cultural industry integration in ethnic regions,seeks the dynamic factors of promoting the integration of tourism and cultural industry in ethnic regions.This study has great theoretical and practical significance for accelerating the deep integration of tourism and cultural industry in ethnic regions,enhancing the core competition of the ethnic minority area tourism,promoting the protection and inheritance of culture in ethnic regions,and strengthening the development and management of tourism in ethnic regions.This research was funded by the National Natural Fund Project"The Tourist Flow and Destination Coupling:Research on Factors,Models and Mechanisms--Case Study on Inbound Tourism of Six Major Cities(41271158)"and "The Maintenance of Locality of Ethnic Community in the Western Cities:Research on the Multiple Identity of Constructivism(41271157)" and was guided by sociology,anthropology,and the relevant theories of economics,management.At the same time,based on in-depth interviews and field investigation data,this research adopts method of the combination of the theory and practice,the inductive and deductive,and pattern summary and practice cases.Meanwhile,combining with the local government and enterprises as the main body,the research takes the integration mechanism and model of the different ethnic regional tourism and cultural industry as the research subject,and analyzes the integration factors of tourism and cultural industries in the ethnic regions,and explores integration dynamic mechanism and model of tourism and cultural industry in the different ethnic regions.Furthermore,this paper discusses the basic problems of tourism integration in ethnic regions and provides scientific basis on dealing with the relation between the local government itself and the different parties and on coordinating the interests of all parties,moreover;provides reference on the cultural heritage protection and sustainable development of tourism in ethnic regions.In this paper,the important research problems are as follows:analyzing the significance of integration of tourism and cultural industry in ethnic regions;reviewing the relevant main theory and research progress at home and abroad;discussing the dynamic mechanism and integration model of tourism and cultural industry;studying integration dynamic factors of tourism and cultural industry in ethnic regions,and building integration dynamic mechanism model and integration model analysis of tourism and cultural industry program in ethnic regions on the basis of the cultural industry theory,the tourism experience theory,system theory,system dynamics theory and industry relevance theory,industry convergence theory;analyzing of integration dynamic index of tourism and cultural industries in different ethnic regions and confirming integration dynamic index through testing of AMOS to conceptual model;calculating integration dynamic factors value of tourism and cultural industry in different ethnic regions,and discussing the different types of integration models of tourism and cultural industry.It is because the author is Mongolian that she extremely loves her own ethnic culture.At the same time,from the horizontal comparison,the scholars researches on the development of culture and tourism has made certain progress in society-stable ethnic regions such ad Yunnan,Guizhou,Guangxi,however;the researches on the development of culture and tourism in Qinghai and Tibet are less and rare.This study selected two typical Tu ethnic in region Qinghai as case sites,tries to make modest contribution on the mutual development of the culture and tourism in ethnic regions.This paper gets the following main conclusions;(1)The dynamic mechanism model of tourism and cultural industry integration have been constructed.According to the industrial convergence theory,tourism industry integration theory,and combining the actual situation of integration development of tourism and cultural industry in ethnic regions,integration dynamic mechanism models of tourism and cultural industries in the ethnic regions were built.Through using the structural equation model to test and verify the rationality of the existence of applicability,the conclusion have been drawn that the integration of tourism and cultural industries needs the tourism demand for and cultural industry,enterprise internal driving force,government motivation,and some of the external environment supports including economic environment,science and technology,social and cultural environment.(2)The quantitative research on integration of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions has carried on.Through the analysis of related literature,the research integration of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions and the study on the dynamic mechanism and models are empirical,qualitative analysis.Since quantitative research and the application of mathematical methods are not used yet,it is hard to quantify.Therefore,based on quantitative methods including structural equation model,the hierarchy analytic approach,fuzzy evaluation methods,quantitative research and mathematical methods are innovatively introduced in the research on integration dynamic and models of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions.(3)Two main types of integration models of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions have been found.Based on empirical analysis on integration dynamic of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions,it is concluded that two integration models of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions:"public consciousness,government motivation"and"scenic spots driving,enterprise leading".In the process of writing this paper,on the basis of the actual sample survey on the government and enterprises,and combining the empirical case study,the innovation on integration dynamic mechanism and models of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions are mainly in the following aspects:(1)Integration dynamic mechanism model of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions have been built.The tension of tourism and cultural industry integration,internal driving force,push and support have been summarized according to actual situation of integration development of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions.(2)Integration dynamic index system of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions have been established.Integration dynamic of tourism and cultural industries was analyzed by using hierarchy analytic process and fuzzy evaluation method.The conclusion that the impact and effect of integration dynamic factors of tourism and cultural industries in different ethnic regions on integration dynamic was different.(3)Public consciousness,government motivation" and "scenic spots driving,enterprise leading" two integration models of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions are put forward.There are much improvement room in this paper including the selection of integration dynamic factors,perfection of the questionnaire,and the diachronic research on integration dynamic of tourism and cultural industries in ethnic regions.All these will be the author's the development direction of further research.
