| For six years the author studied at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music,in addition to learning the performance art of oboe, the author developed a strong interest in audio analysis technology.Encouraged and guided by the mentor, the author chose to combine the performance art of oboe with spectrum analysis technology to study the timbre of the oboe.During the journey of learning oboe, the author often sought the help of the mentor due to a deviation in the aesthetic judgment of timbre. However, not all oboe learners have the opportunity to receive corresponding help.More often, they improve themselves. Therefore, the author hopes that this paper’s research on timbre can help oboe learners to a certain extent. The first chapter of the paper mainly studies the overtone structure of the oboe timbre, the historical evolution of the timbre of the ancient oboe, and the comparison of the timbre with other woodwind instruments through spectrum analysis.Chapter two studies and discusses the factors that affect timbre.Chapter three mainly describes the application of spectrum analysis technology in timbre training, the integration of modern technology such as spectrum analysis with music performance, and the possible development trends in the future. |
