| The interaction between teachers and students is an important part of the classroom teaching process.The effective interaction between teachers and students in oral Chinese classroom plays an important role in improving teaching efficiency and students’ oral Chinese level.The effective interaction between teachers and students in classroom teaching is not only a process of communication and cooperation between teachers and students,but also a process of common learning between teachers and students.With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength and international status,Chinese learning has been widely concerned and attached importance.The team of student teachers of international Chinese language is constantly expanding,and the cultivation of student teachers’ teaching ability has become one of the hot spots in the academic circle.In order to achieve effective teacher-student interaction in online oral classroom teaching of international Chinese teachers before dismissal,this study conducted a practical investigation on the current situation of teacher-student interaction in classroom teaching.Guided by the theory of interactive language teaching and based on the theory of interaction hypothesis,this study focuses on the process,content and effect of teacher-student interaction,and analyzes three key elements of effective interaction,namely the bidirectional nature of interaction process,the educational nature of interaction content and the systematic synthesis of interaction effect.Classroom observation,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods were used to explore the effectiveness and influencing factors of teacher-student interaction in the oral Chinese classroom of student teachers of international Chinese language during their online practice of intermediate oral Chinese teaching in Cambodia.This study mainly focuses on the following two research questions:(1)What is the current situation of effective interaction between teachers and students in online oral English teaching for student teachers of international Chinese language?(2)Factors affecting the effective interaction between teachers and students in online oral Chinese teaching of international Chinese education?The study found:From the perspective of interaction process,the student teachers of international Chinese language show the student-oriented teaching concept in the interaction between teachers and students in the online oral class.Students have equal opportunities to participate in the online oral class,but their discourse participation is insufficient.The teaching method is limited,and the interaction between teachers and students is simple and mainly questions and answers.The interest and attraction need to be improved.In terms of interactive content,the content and cultural content complement each other,and at the same time,the positive value guidance is permeated.The combination of cultural communication and language teaching will greatly improve the effect of education and teaching.From the perspective of interactive effect,the first two bring systematic comprehensiveness of interaction effect to a large extent,which is specifically manifested in that teachers and students can achieve both knowledge and emotional harvest through interaction.Teachers’ teaching concept,teaching design and teaching implementation ability are the basis of effective interaction between teachers and students,and the specific content and difficulty of interaction also profoundly affect the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction.This study believes that the achievement of effective interaction between teachers and students still focuses on two major behavioral subjects: teachers and students.For student teachers of international Chinese language,while giving full play to their own advantages,they need to accumulate experience and reflect on the summary.It is suggested that teachers should first renew their educational ideas and improve the awareness of effective interaction between teachers and students.Secondly,they need to improve their professional ability and enrich the interaction between teachers and students according to the teaching situation.Finally,teachers should constantly improve their knowledge and literacy to optimize the effect of teacher-student interaction. |
