Classroom teaching is the central link of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which embodies the nature and characteristics of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.Studying classroom teaching will help strengthen the construction of Chinese as a foreign language and improve the quality of international Chinese teaching.With the continuous deepening of classroom teaching research in China,the interactive teaching between teachers and students in classroom observation has become a hot topic in educational research.The traditional teaching evaluation method only uses the experience and theory inherent in the evaluator to presume the teaching effect,which makes the evaluation result lack objectiveness and rationality,and can no longer meet the needs of the evaluation of the interactive teaching effect of the modern classroom teachers and students.The interaction between teachers and students throughout the classroom teaching is of great significance for creating a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere and forming a harmonious and friendly teacher-student relationship.For the interaction between teachers and students in international Chinese teaching,both theoretical research and empirical analysis are needed.Therefore,this study uses the Flint(Foreign Language Interaction System)interactive analysis system to observe and analyze the grammar teaching videos of the "same class heterogeneous" primary comprehensive course of the three expert Chinese teachers of Beijing Language and Culture University,scientifically and objectively evaluate these three Chinese classes.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the interactive teaching effects of teachers and students in these three Chinese classes.The research results show that the professional Chinese teachers have perfect classroom teaching structure,harmonious communication between teachers and students,unique teaching style,and diverse teacher-student interaction modes,and most of the teacher's speech acts indirectly influence students' participation and interaction.According to the analysis results,this study proposes accurate,concrete and feasible optimization strategies from three aspects: colleges,teachers and students.This study analyzes the common advantages of the three expert Chinese teachers in the interactive teaching of teachers and students.It is expected that the research results will provide useful guidance and reference for the novice Chinese teachers to carry out interactive teaching between teachers and students,and point out the direction for training new international Chinese teachers.Promote the formation of a harmonious teacher-student relationship in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and achieve the best interactive teaching effect between teachers and students.
