| Carrying out public art education can enhance citizens’ aesthetic taste and moral accomplishment,and have a far-reaching impact on social and cultural development.As a social public cultural service organization,the art museum has the functions of display,collection,research and education,and is an important place for carrying out public art education.Since the reform and opening up,China’s open economic environment has given birth to many private art museums,and its unique educational resources have added a lot of vitality to the development of public art education.In recent years,cultural and creative related industries in Changsha,Hunan Province have flourished,and the number of private art museums has been increasing,contributing to the development of urban culture.At the same time,Changsha has a rich local cultural heritage in Huxiang since ancient times,and has formed public art education with geographical characteristics in the contemporary art system.This paper focuses on the current hot issues of public art education,discusses the private art museums in Changsha,takes field investigation and case studies as the main methods,and selects three private art museums with representative forms of public art education in Changsha: "Xie Zilong Image Art Museum","Yuehushi Contemporary Art Center" and "Qianxing Art Museum" as the research objects of "public art education of private art museums",and analyzes the development dilemma of public art education in private art museums in Changsha.Combined with Changsha’s cultural background and relevant advantageous resources,this paper puts forward the thinking on the regionalization of public art education in Changsha private art museums,and promotes the construction of regional public art education.This article is mainly divided into four chapters.The introductory part mainly talks about the research background and significance,the scope and object of research,the current status of research at home and abroad,and research methods.The first chapter discusses the rise and development of private art museums,and clarifies the inevitability of private art museums to assume the responsibility of public art education.Chapter 2 analyzes the development status of private art museums in Changsha from the political,economic,cultural,and ecological background of Changsha contemporary art,and discusses its development dilemma from four aspects: decentralized cultural policies,obvious utilitarian education,imperfect education talent training system,and low public acceptance.Chapter 3 takes the private art museum in Sanjiangsha area as an example,summarizes the three different forms of public art education of "digital media","cross-border life" and "urban culture",and analyzes the educational projects in different forms of public art education.Chapter 4combines Changsha’s geographical advantages and characteristics,and puts forward the feasibility of public art education in private art museums in Changsha from five aspects:carrying out urban and rural "community" linkage,museum-school cooperation,taking root in regional art and cultural resources,strengthening self-construction,and enriching education fund raising channels. |
