The term of subjective emotion is the attitude or feeling of people to the objective things of life and how to realize their own needs in sociology.It is the psychological experience caused by the psychological and emotional interaction between things and people.Tolstoy put forward in ’ art theory ’ that human beings can use words to communicate with others and use aesthetic language to convey thoughts and feelings.Therefore,human beings can feel the sense of warmth in life,and can also use aesthetic language to express thoughts and feelings.Whether it is happiness or sadness,it will affect others,thus generating psychological emotions.Although artists generally admire to express feelings in scenery,modern people still regard the expression of thought and humanistic feelings as a vital and noble expression in art works,so thought and humanistic feelings are also regarded as the core and connotation of art works.As a form of artistic expression,watercolor illustration conveys more interesting and rich subjective emotions.Based on the world famous literary work “Grimm’s Fairy Tales”,this paper will analyze the advantages of expressing illustration through watercolor language and the significance of the subjective emotion of watercolor illustration in the creation process by studying and comparing the artists’ works horizontally and vertically.The paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,in which it introduces the research status of watercolor illustration and expounds the theoretical significance,research content and research methods of the subject.In the second chapter,it briefly describes the emergence and artistic characteristics of watercolor illustration.In the third chapter,it analyzes the emotional expression of watercolor illustration in “Grimm’s Fairy Tales” by listing the works of two outstanding artists.In the fourth chapter,it integrates the author’s thoughts and emotions into the illustration through personal creation practice and explores the unique visual effects brought by the special techniques. |
