| The color meaning of words is attached to the conceptual meaning of words.Because color meaning is an additional concept,there is still a lack of research on color meaning in domestic academic circles at present,and the comparison of color meaning between Chinese and Uyghur words deserves further discussion.In this paper,the words in Modern Chinese Dictionary(7th Edition),Detailed Uighur Dictionary and Uyghur-Chinese Dictionary are selected as the main research materials,and the color meanings of Chinese and Uyghur words are analyzed by means of literature research,corpus-based statistical analysis and comparative analysis,so as to provide some reference for second language teaching,cultural linguistics,comparative linguistics and other disciplines.In addition to the introduction,the full text is divided into three chapters: the introduction combs the research status of color meaning of words at home and abroad;The first chapter combs and summarizes the color meaning categories of Chinese and Uygur words,and compares the color meaning of modern Chinese and modern Uygur words,thus summing up the similarities and differences of the color meaning categories of Chinese and Uygur words;The second chapter compares the signs and existing forms of color meanings of Chinese and Uygur words through examples and finds out the similarities and differences;The third chapter observes and analyzes the evolution of color meaning of Chinese and Uyghur words,and makes a preliminary discussion on the reasons for the evolution from three aspects: objective factors,subjective factors and linguistic factors,and finally summarizes the full text.After analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: from the general point of view,the color meanings of Chinese and Uygur words can be basically divided into the following eight categories: image color,modality color,style color,times color,regional color,national color,register color and foreign color.By comparing the above eight categories of color meanings,this paper finds that the color meanings of Chinese and Uygur words are mostly corresponding.From the perspective of personality,due to historical culture,natural environment,living customs,ways of thinking and other reasons,the color meanings of some words in the two languages are not completely corresponding.In this paper,the existing forms and marks of color meanings of Chinese and Uyghur words are systematically compared from three aspects: root morpheme,affix morpheme and context marker,and the conclusion is that the existing forms of color meanings of Uyghur words are richer than those of Chinese,and Uyghur,as a language with rich morphological changes,is an important reason for the great differences in the existing forms of color meanings of Chinese and Uyghur words.The evolution of color meaning of Chinese and Uygur words can be basically divided into transfer,increase and decrease,dilution and fading.Objective factors,subjective factors and language factors are the main reasons that affect the evolution of color meaning of words. |
