On The Paradox Of Visual Reality In Contemporary Realistic Painting

For a long time in the past,the definition of realistic painting has been very vague,and there have been many words containing or similar to "realism" in history.In the previous induction and summary,the meaning of realistic painting is summarized from the perspective of visual language as: aesthetic expression based on natural materials,but far away from nature,A reference that has no social or other significance.Under the tide of industrial revolution,realistic painting absorbs advanced technology and develops more to the peak.At the same time,it finds a new way out in many directions such as language and concept.It not only retains the tradition of classical spirit,but also integrates some modern artistic ideas.With the development of contemporary realistic painting,its creative style,content and thought are becoming richer and richer.It always has fresh vitality and continues to evolve and grow.On the basis of previous explorations,this paper studies the realistic works with surrealistic style evolved by the influence of surrealism in the contemporary development of realistic painting.These works retain the traditional realistic style in the expression language,and pay attention to people’s inner world on the basis of the real world,so as to excavate the picture with certain artistic value in reality,Through irrational elements,we build a spiritual bridge in art works and create an irrational order in visual reality.In this work of extreme visual contrast experience of "truth" and "illusion",there is a "paradox of visual reality".From the perspective of visual language analysis,this extreme visual contrast experience is composed of subjective and objective aspects.The objective part follows the visual logic of "reproducing reality" in the noumenon of realistic painting,which exceeds the demand of surrealist painting for "reproducing reality";The subjective part combines irrational elements to express the visual paradox,which is not only related to surrealism painting in form,but also different in creative objectives and ideas.In terms of specific creative methods,the objective level deeply depicts and describes the macro image and micro material texture by observing nature,and the subjective level creates a visual paradox by using expression techniques such as space-time reconstruction,unreasonable phenomena and heterogeneous isomorphism,so as to emphasize,symbolize,hint and metaphor the thinking of reality,and combine reality with absurdity Order and chaos,reality and illusion are combined and reconstructed to create an irrational order in visual reality,that is,the unreasonable presentation of the situation.The works of Lopez,Naranjo,Xu Manyao and Wang Yuqi are typical representatives of this kind of painting,which reflects the beauty of contradiction,absurdity,illusion and disorder in the paradox of visual reality in contemporary realistic painting.Finally,through the practice of practical creation,this paper discriminates the main problems of the language way of creating the paradox of visual reality in contemporary realistic painting,and tries to find a way to reconcile with the social and psychological contradictions of the current era.
