Research On The Impact Of Cultural Tourism Industry Integration On High-Quality Economic Development In Qinghai Province

When the industry thrives,the economy thrives,and the country will take the road of high-quality development.As a "green sunrise industry" in the tertiary industry,cultural industry and tourism industry,under the infiltration of the idea of " promote tourism with culture and highlight culture with tourism",the combination of culture and tourism industry has become an important form of industrial development for China’s economic growth,which has far-reaching impact on developing the high quality of the economy.It has a profound influence on driving the high quality development of the economy.As a major participant in the construction of "One Belt,One Road",Qinghai Province is an important center for humanistic exchanges,and tourism is an important part of its national economy.Compared with the whole country,the most outstanding value of Qinghai Province is its ecological environment.For a long time,under the policy of "prioritizing ecological protection",the space for industrial development has shrunk,the economy is weak,and people’s livelihood is difficult to improve.In order to achieve a balance between economic development and ecological protection,the integration of culture and tourism industries is the path of green industrial transformation that Qinghai Province has been exploring.Especially under the guidance of the new development concept,whether the integration of culture and tourism industries can help Qinghai Province achieve high-quality economic development and improve the whole strength of the region is an urgent issue related to the long-term development of Qinghai Province in the process of building a socialist modern country.According to the above background,this study combined theoretical to empirical analysis with the actual situation of industrial development in Qinghai Province,and selected time series data from 2011 to 2021 to analyze the influence relationship between the combination of culture and tourism industries on the high quality economic development.Firstly,on the basis of industrial integration theory and culture and tourism industry integration mechanism,the coupling and coordination evaluation system of culture and tourism industry is constructed,and the level of culture and tourism industry integration in Qinghai Province is measured through the coupling and coordination of model;secondly,on the basis of the connotation of economic high-quality development and new development concept,the index system of economic high-quality development is established,and the level of economic high-quality development in Qinghai Province is measured through the entropy-Topsis model.Finally,based on the influence mechanism of the integration of culture and tourism industry on the economic high-quality development,the economic effectiveness of the integration of culture and tourism industry was examined by using the VAR model.The research results show that.(1)The level of integration of culture and tourism industries in Qinghai Province has been improving,but it is still at the initial stage and needs to continue to enhance the deep integration of the two industries.(2)In terms of high-quality economic development,the whole strength of Qinghai Province is improving,but there is still space for growth.(3)The analysis of VAR model shows that promoting the integration of culture and tourism industries in Qinghai Province has an apparent promoting effect on the high-quality economic development,and the combination of culture and tourism industries is an optional industrial direction for Qinghai Province.Based on this,this paper puts forward viable and constructive suggestions from the perspective of the integration of culture and tourism industries to promote the high-quality development of Qinghai Province’s economy.
