Research On The Countermeasures Of High Quality Development Of Huai’an Tourism Under The Background Of Cultural And Tourism Integration

With the continuous improvement of the social development level,People’s life style and the demand for the quality of life have changed,the traditional tourism products and ways of tourism have been unable to meet the needs of the public,so gradually began to travel in the process of integration of cultural elements.Therefore,the integration of literature and tourism has become an inevitable trend to follow the historical trend.In March 2018,the China National Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Culture merged,marking a new stage in China’s cultural tourism industry,this has laid a good foundation for the high-quality development of regional tourism.Huai’an is rich in tourism resources and has distinct cultural characteristics.The integration of literature and tourism is of great significance in supporting the transformation and upgrading of the cultural and tourism industries.The development of urban tourism market is still in its initial stage,and the whole city is facing the problem of“People flow,no one stay,Prospect,no money”,which has seriously hindered the further promotion of the integration of literature and tourism.Therefore,it has become an urgent task to find out the problems and restrictive factors in the integration development of literature and tourism,and further support the integration development of literature and tourism.This article adopts the writing framework of "current situation problems causes countermeasures",conducts a comprehensive study of relevant literature at home and abroad,defines the concepts of cultural tourism integration and high-quality development,and studies the problems and countermeasures of cultural tourism integration in Huai’an City by drawing on advanced experience in the development of cultural tourism integration at home and abroad.Firstly,understand the current situation of cultural tourism integration from the achievements and advantages of cultural tourism integration,and then comprehensively use literature research,questionnaire survey,and case analysis methods to study and explore the problems and constraints in the development of cultural tourism integration.Specifically,using literature research methods to gain a deeper understanding of the concepts of cultural tourism integration and high-quality development,and to analyze and study the existing problems in high-quality tourism development;Using the method of questionnaire survey,this thesis investigates and analyzes the pain points and difficulties of cultural tourism integration among tourists visiting Huai’an;Using the case analysis method and drawing on the excellent experiences of the Napa Valley town model in the United States,the "cultural nation building" model in South Korea,the Song City model in Hangzhou,and the Forbidden City model in Beijing,the author compares the content,quantity,quality,and value of high-quality tourism development in Huai’an City,and identifies issues such as insufficient excavation of historical and cultural resources,insufficient integration of cultural and tourism industries,inadequate supporting facilities,weak resource driving capacity,and insufficient urban publicity.Finally,on the basis of the above research and analysis,using the theoretical success of industrial integration theory,regional economic theory,and government intervention theory,this thesis proposes ways to optimize the administrative system,market mechanism,and product supply for the development of cultural tourism integration,optimize the institutional mechanism,strengthen factor support,and deepen product innovation and development strategies,forming a useful reference for further supporting the development of cultural tourism integration.With the continuous improvement of social development,people’s lifestyle and requirements for the quality of life will also change.Traditional tourism products and methods can no longer meet the demand,so now we start to pursue cultural elements in the process of tourism.Therefore,cultural tourism integration has become an inevitable trend to comply with the development trend of history.
