The writing of small town women has undergone a surge of undercurrents,it is far from female writing.Small town literature is different from female writing in terms of personalized writing. It reveals the differences between small towns and cities based on the study of the urban space in which individuals reside, and people participate in narration as a whole, which is completely different from the distinctive female literature in literary history.Since the new century,in the context of contemporary small town women’s writing, there are few writers who can accurately grasp the relationship between social and historical development and individuals after the reform and opening up,starting from the individual,re immersing themselves in history, society, and even the world, and then exploring themselves and constructing the collective. At the same time, they can also present different types of scars in a suitable narrative way,It is more valuable to embed a novel of "the track of discovery, identification, criticism and response of pain" in the normalization of life.Although there are works on the theme of women in small towns in the New Age Scar Writing,it still fails to shake off defects such as "splitting reality" and "generalizing description",and does not touch the deep connection between small towns, women, and scars. It is only a representation of the lives of women in small towns. This article will be written in three parts.First, the introduction part will start from the current situation of the writing of small town women, the definition and discussion of "scar consciousness",and summarize the different views on the presentation of "scar" in the writing of small town women at home and abroad.Through the theoretical research of "memory and trauma" and the use of "scar narrative" works,it will supplement the gaps and deficiencies in the research of small town women’s writing in the new century.Secondly, the second part will draw on Yang Qingxiang’s definition of "new scar literature",emphasize the experience of globalization, and provide a learning model for small town women’s scar writing in the wider literary world. Then, the author sums up the different aspects of the narrative style and characteristics of the wound writing of the small town women and analyzes the classic literary works simultaneously, which leads to the special significance of the intertextuality of "wound consciousness" between "small town" and "women" in the small town women’s writing. Finally, this article will combine the above content to analyze the narrative methods and potential problems, and start from the novel "The Queen of the South",show its inspiration and application from the writing model of small town women’s scars, reflect on the same shortcomings in the work, and through the response to the second part, try to use the existing narrative methods to construct the three types of small town women images at the same time,Explore a new possibility of the deep relationship between "women and rivers" in the writing of female scars in small towns, and provide some new directions for implementing the "scar awareness" of female writing into specific writing practices to avoid idling.
