Technical Reconstruction And Intergenerational Inheritance Of Civil Organization

With the rapid development of technology,the face of society has changed.This paper tries to reflect on the challenges faced by non-governmental organizations in the current era and their countermeasures by showing the reconstruction of the band by technology and the generation rift caused by it.Different from the current academic discussion on technology which focuses on the perspective of new media such as the Internet,this paper mainly sets out from the aspects of transportation,communication,sound,stage,lighting and so on,which are more closely related to daily life,this paper discusses the disintegration of the traditional group’s unified space caused by the rapid penetration of technology into folk culture in recent years,and the boundary of the space being crossed and expanded.The change of space brings communication and opportunity for the folk custom,and also brings the danger of losing business.And the acoustics and the stage enlarged the sound domain and the visual effect,has played the better gathering function.On the other hand,the rapid development of technology has made great differences in the situation faced by different generations.The younger generation can not inherit the customs and lives of the older generation intact,and has had to work hard to carve out a new path,continuing the vitality of folk culture.The article consists of the following three parts:The first chapter shows the related research achievements of various academic circles on technology,cultural change,non-governmental organizations and inter-generational relations,the author thinks that there is still room for further discussion on some unfavored technologies such as stage,lighting,sound and so on,as well as in-depth and specific studies on civil organizations.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of Shanzhou band,in order to carry out a detailed and in-depth analysis on the technical reconstruction and the generation crack of Shanzhou Band.The second chapter discusses the reconstruction of Shanzhou band by the development of current technology.The development of communication and transportation technology has greatly facilitated the communication between the people in Shanzhou.The Shanzhou band can not only receive business through mobile phones,agree on the location and content,and can learn from other areas of the band,but also through the car to expand the performance area,travel to distant places to perform.But at the same time,cell phones have made band members change jobs more frequently,and the popularity of cars has reduced the time band members spend together,reducing their sense of identity with the band.The popularization and application of sound,microphone,mobile phone and other technologies make the sound of the band’s performance more distant,the atmosphere at the scene more intense and enthusiastic,and the funeral and other ceremonies can be held more smoothly,and to enable the viewer to be more fully involved in the ceremony.Through the use of new media,such as Douyin,circle of friends,the band can be displayed in a variety of ways and reproduce on the internet platform.The third chapter focuses on the generation crack of the band in the technical era.Large intergenerational differences often arise during periods of drastic changes in the social environment.With the development of the scientific and Technological Revolution,the future is no longer a simple continuation of the past,and it is continuously technologized,so that the life experiences of each generation are different from those of the older generation,whose experiences can no longer guide the lives of the younger generation,the status of pre-symbolic culture gradually exceeds that of post-symbolic culture.The generation estrangement in rural areas has its own particularity.The generation consciousness in rural areas is weaker,so it is more difficult to recognize the generation estrangement and face,reduce and make good use of the generation estrangement.The aging of the audience and band members is a serious problem due to factors such as working outside the home,compulsory education,declining pay and the impact of new media,the younger generation of band members performed traditional Chinese opera and traditional instruments in a decreasing number of performances.The band is facing increasing difficulties,such as the gradual loss of the established performing customs of the band in Shaanxi,and the gradual departure of the older generation who recognized the band’s performance,etc.,the younger generation of the band can not repeat the stable,conformist life and performance of the older generation.They are trying to expand the band’s business scope and seek more diversified jobs to make the band’s life more dynamic.
