Study On Stone Tools Of Hongshan Culture

Hongshan Civilization occupies an important position in western Liaoning.It represents a unique archeological culture in northern China during the Neolithic Age.Since their discovery in the last century,a series of sites have been excavated.A large number of remains have been unearthed in archaeological excavations,including stone tools,pottery,bone objects and jade objects,which provide valuable physical materials for scholars to carry out related research.Previous studies on Hongshan cultural stone tools mainly focus on stone tools themselves and the economic forms reflected behind them.There are few studies on the development and change of stone tools in different spatio-temporal frames.This paper will take typology as the main research method to study the development and change rules and regional characteristics of Hongshan cultural stone tools,and on this basis,try to further explore the development of the livelihood reflected behind it,and discuss the differences of the livelihood economy in different regions.This paper is composed of three parts,including introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the relevant research results of Hongshan cultural stone tools so far,and further research directions.This paper expounds the significance of the topic selection,research ideas and theoretical methods as well as the innovation points of the article.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the stone tools unearthed from the typical sites in the Laoha River basin,Daling River basin and Xilamulun River basin.In Chapter 2,several large stone tools with clear evolution clues are classified into different types and the diachronic changes of stone tools are explored under the type characteristics.The third chapter of the paper,based on the observation of stone tools divided into different types,combined with the distribution area of the site,discusses the regional differences of stone tools in Xilamulun River basin,Laohahe River basin and Daling River basin,and tries to analyze the reasons for the differences.In the fourth chapter,combining the natural environmental factors and scientific and technological archaeological achievements,this paper discusses the survival mode of Hongshan culture in different regions from the perspective of the function and combination of stone tools.The conclusion part summarizes several aspects of this paper.
