| With the founding of New China,theme films have been leading the dissemination of mainstream values as "the strongest voice of The Times".The hero image in the theme film is an important narrative and ideographic symbol reflecting the national ideology,which plays the role of inheriting the red gene.In the new media era,Chinese theme films have realized the combination of political propaganda text and commercial text by rebuilding the hero image keeping in line with the changes of contemporary aesthetic and ideological trends,established cultural confidence based on the characteristics of The Times and realized the transmission and export of national culture with Chinese characteristics.As one of the main themes of the film,the film about resisting America and aiding Korea undertakes the function of shaping the collective memory of the nation in a specific historical period and has strong ideological characteristics.In recent years,with the development of the context of the new era,especially the change in the international political environment,the Chinese film industry has revived the theme of resisting the United States and aiding Korea,which has been dormant for many years,making it one of the most valued and popular themes in the main theme films.Under the influence of many factors such as social progress and market competition,the films of resisting America and aiding North Korea in the new media era have reshaped and innovated the heroic image,which is very different from the expression of the films from the 1950 s to 1970 s.Based on text analysis,supplemented by literature research,case study and comparative analysis,this paper selects the heroic images in Triangle Hill and Changjin Lake,two typical films about anti-American aid to Korea,as the research objects to analyze the similarities and differences in the representation and dissemination of heroic images in films about Anti-American aid to Korea under different backgrounds.First of all,analyzes the representation background of the theme film hero image from the political,economic,cultural,and other aspects,comprehend the deep understanding of its value;Secondly,it classifies the hero images in the two films,systematically sorts out the audio-visual language and narrative strategy of hero shaping,compares and analyzes the ways used to reproduce heroes in the films,and the communication strategies of hero images in the films from the perspectives of communication subjects,communication channels,and communication audiences;Finally,summarizes the new characteristics and new communication strategies of hero image reproduction in current theme movies. |
