The rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic deployment proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and is one of the key elements for establishing a new development model in China.It is also a key focus of the Party and the country in the future.The integrated development of culture and tourism is an important way to achieve rural revitalization.With the continuous progress of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,China is entering the era of mass tourism,and the characteristic rural tourism cultural industry with the integration of experiencing nature,rural culture,and tourism industry has also ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.However,due to the particularity determined by different cultural and regional conditions,the development is very uneven.It is urgent to find a way out how to use rich cultural resources to drive rural development and revitalization.This article takes this as the background to conduct research on the integration of cultural and tourism industry and rural development.By improving the rural living environment,it helps to accelerate the development of rural cultural and tourism industry,guide the improvement of rural living environment,and support high-quality rural development;Based on the theory of industrial integration,comparative analysis,analytic hierarchy process,and other methods are used to identify the key elements of cultural and tourism industry and rural integration,and to find paths for cultural and tourism integration to support rural development.Firstly,through the analysis and reference of typical cases of rural development at home and abroad,summarize the successful experience of cultural,tourism,cultural and creative integration development.Next,summarize the rural development goals of Xiyangqitun Village,analyze its current situation,advantages and difficulties in achieving rural development.Then,we searched for methods to achieve the rural development goals of Xiyangqitun Village,explored the path of supporting rural revitalization through the integration of rural cultural and tourism industries,and provided a design concept for the integration of cultural and tourism industries and rural development by identifying the key elements of the integration.This empowers rural development through cultural and creative efforts,and has been applied in Xiyangqitun Village,Jun County,Hebi City,Henan Province.I hope that through the research on the implementation plan of Xiyangqitun Village,it can provide assistance for its high-quality development and rural revitalization,and also provide typical case references and theoretical support for the development of similar villages in Henan and even the whole country..
