| Culture is the spiritual lifeblood of a country and a nation and an important support for the development of human society.The rural sage culture originated in the Eastern Han Dynasty played a great role in promoting the rural development and rural civilization in the traditional society.Reflecting on the culture of rural sages from the historical point of view,we can dig out many contents with the value of The Times.Guanzhong traditional sages and clean government culture is based on ancient sages and people in Guanzhong area,in the long history of practice summed up the idea of clean government,institutional norms and practices.In the report of the Party’s 18 th National Congress,Xi Jinping indicated,to further promote the fight against corruption,we need to actively learn from the precious legacy of anti-corruption in our history.The report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress once again pointed out that anti-corruption is the most thorough self-revolution and the fight against corruption cannot be stopped for a moment.The ancient culture of clean government is embodied in traditional Chinese culture.With its special geographical location and distinct regional characteristics,the traditional culture of Guanzhong has become an important branch of Chinese traditional culture of clean government and an indispensable part of traditional Chinese culture.This paper is guided by Marxist theory,Mao Zedong Thought and socialist theory with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of systematically sorting out the culture of traditional villainy and clean government in Guanzhong region,combined with the needs of the construction of clean government culture in the new era,the paper analyzes the difficulties faced by inheriting and innovating the culture of traditional villainy and clean government in Guanzhong region.According to the theory of “Creative transformation and innovative development” put forward by the Xi Jinping to raise the specific path to inherit and innovate Guanzhong traditional culture of villainy and clean government.Specifically speaking,this paper mainly from the following four parts.First of all,consult the historical data of the culture of Xiang Xian,the related concepts of Guanzhong traditional culture of villainy and clean government are clarified,and the theoretical basis of this study is introduced.The second is to sort out the data of Guanzhong’s traditional villainy and clean government culture and summarize its typical characters and characteristics.Thirdly,combining with the contemporary society,this paper expounds the opportunity of inheriting and innovating Guanzhong traditional villainy and clean government culture in the new era.Fourthly,according to “Creative transformation and innovative development” of the theory put forward by the Xi Jinping to raise the concrete path of inheriting and innovating Guanzhong traditional villainy and clean government culture in the new era.Finally,the research of this subject is summarized and prospected. |
