Research On Promoting A More Mature And Stere Otyped Socialist Cultural System With Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

System is an important category of ideological and political education research,and cultural system is an important component of the national system,which is closely related to ideological and political education.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized that all aspects of the system are more mature and more stereotyped,and systematically summarized the contents of the socialist cultural system with Chinese characteristics.The report of the Party’s 20th National Congress profoundly summarized the achievements of cultural construction in the past ten years,and put forward new requirements for the construction of cultural system.The system cannot be fixed,nor can It be achieved overnight.Following the general law of system development and promoting the cultural system to be more mature and stereotypical is not only a profound practical need,but also a fundamental guarantee for realizing the new goal of cultural construction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the reform and innovation of cultural system,promote its maturity and stereotyping,and provide efflcient and stable guarantee for the high-quality development of cultural construction.This paper,guided by Marx and Engels’ thoughts on institutional change and based on the research results of ideological and political education system,synthesizes the knowledge of political science and sociology,and uses literature research method and interdisciplinary method to study the promotion of a more mature and stereotypical cultural system in the new era.In addition to the introduction,the following four questions are studied,First,it explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,defines the basic concepts of the system,cultural system,and socialist cultural system with Chinese characteristics,clarifies the connotation and standards of the mature and stereotypical socialist cultural system with Chinese characteristics,and expounds the theoretical basis for the study of Marx and Engels’ thought on institutional change.Second,from the five dimensions of strengthening the core leadership of the Communist Party of China,implementing the vision of cultural power,and adapting to the new changes in the main contradictions of society,it analyzes the practical basis for promoting the cultural system to be more mature and finalized,and expounds the important value of guaranteeing cultural construction,giving full play to the advantages of the system,promoting cultural governance,and enhancing the international influence of Chinese culture.Third,it systematically combs the historical evolution of the cultural system,and deeply analyzes the realistic basis and existing problems of its maturity.The fourth is to focus on exploring the countermeasures to promote the cultural system to be more mature and stereotyped in the new era,from the four levels of strengthening the top-level design,improving the institutional system,strengthening the implementation of the system,and carrying out institutional education,and propose feasible strategies to promote the cultural system to be more mature and stereotyped.
