A Study On The Historical Process And Experience Of Rural Cultural Governance Since The Reform And Opening Up

The issues of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.Solving these issues well is the top priority of the entire Party’s work and an important foundation for our Party’s governance and rejuvenation ot the country.Currently,rural cultural governance has become an endogenous driving force for rural revitalization,and we must unwaveringly adhere to promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.Only by achieving rural cultural revitalization can we cast the soul for rural revitalization.Rural cultural governance has always been a highly valued and key development area for the Party and the state.In order to integrate dispersed rural society in modern society to achieve effective governance of rural society,it is very important and imperative to attach importance to and carry out rural cultural governance practices.Actively promoting the practice of rural cultural governance is of great significance and value for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the construction of a beautiful rural home.Using documentary method,comparative method,induction method,interview survey method and other research methods,this paper focuses on the theoretical sources,practical foundation,historical process,practical effectiveness and basic experience of rural cultural governance since the reform and opening up.It is believed that rural cultural governance has gone through three stages since the reform and opening up:that is,rural cultural governance after the reform and opening up to the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(19782002);In the early years of rural cultural governance(2002-2012)and rural cultural governance in the new era(2012-present),the practical results of rural cultural governance in China are mainly reflected in:the overall appearance of rural areas has been significantly improved;The vitality in rural culture is obviously activated;The pattern of rural cultural governance is more standardized and the economic innovation and development of rural cultural industries are more standardized.The paper comprehensively summarizes the valuable experience of rural cultural governance in China:that is,we must always implement the fine tradition of the Party in managing rural work;Always adhere to the fundamental position of putting the people first;We have always promoted the strategy of integrating urban and rural development and always adhered to the great policy decision of reform and opening up.These valuable historical experiences are conducive to drawing from the progressive strength of the CPC’s rural cultural governance,and helping China’s socialist modernization,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas to flourish.
