| The main purpose for Shang people’s divination is to predict the good or evil of the event.In oracle bone inscriptions,there are some terms denoting good or bad luck,such as mou-zhan-yue ji,Wang-zhan-yue ji & da-ji & yin-ji,ji & da-ji & yin-ji etc,and they are named zhan-ci by scholars.Among these terms,ji & da-ji & yin-ji are called omitted zhan-ci,and which are the research objects of this paper.Previous studies on omitted zhan-ci mainly focus on the graph analysing,group classification,and the nature of content,while pay a little attention to research the rules of distribution.However,the omitted zhan-ci in wu-ming group has great regularity,so the study of it will make some contribution to the further researches on oracle bones’ Syntax and rejoining of wu-ming group.Given this,this paper chooses the title of a study on zhan-ci of wu-ming group of oracle bone at Yin Ruins,and which consists of the following four chapters:Chapter One,for introduction,refers to the research object,the research reason,the previous studies summary and the research methods.Based on previous studies and the area of oracle bone inscriptions in wu-ming group,Chapter Two classifies the distribution rules of wu-ming group’s zhan-ci into two types,which include 17 basic forms and 4 combined forms.And then,this paper also prove the feature of equal space distribution of zhan-ci in wu-ming group.Chapter Three presents the value of the study on the distribution rules of zhan-ci in wu-ming group.The representative achievements include four aspects.Firstly,this study provide a new judgment method about the left or right of shoulder blade.Secondly,we have revised 21 interpretation mistakes.Thirdly,we analyzes 5 wrong rejoinings.And last,we have added 11 new rejoinings.Chapter Four,discusses two important questions about zhan-ci of wu-ming group.Firstly,it summarizes that zhan-ci in wu-ming group has five rules of ownership.Secondly,it proves that da-ji and yin-ji hardly appear on the same oracle bone,and that the good or bad luck between zhan-ci and ming-ci are not entirely consistent.Furthermore,it concludes that the angle between branch and cadre in a bu-zhao is not the decisive factor on determining the good or bad luck. |
