Study On The Story Of "Filial Son Seeking Relatives" In The Ming And Qing Dynasties

The story of "filial son" is a text work reflecting the practice of "filial son" in traditional Chinese culture in the form of narrative literature.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the story was frequently adapted and written by novelists,and became a popular theme at that time.At present,the academic research mainly focused on the official history,the "son locate" biography research,the literature in the type story research scarce,scattered,thin,failed to fully explore "son locate" story writing and elements,failed to fully explore "son locate" story writing characteristics and elements,not dig tracing story by cultural factors,and not clearly related the story of influence on ancient and modern society.This paper takes the story of "filial son searching for relatives" in the novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties as the research object.The research scope covers the author for one year,and tries to sort out 59 stories from 33 novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties.By combining the stories of "filial son seeking relatives" in the scattered novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties,the internal connection and writing characteristics of this type of story are discussed.The introduction consists of four parts.The first part describes the present situation of the paper.The text consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the sources and types of the story of "filial son seeking relatives" in the novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties.The stories studied in this paper are sorted out and classified from the perspectives of the story text source and the content of the story search.The second chapter specifically analyzes the plot composition of "filial son seeking relatives" in the novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties.It can be found that the story of the Ming and Qing Dynasties novels "filial son seeking relatives" has a fixed narrative plot context.The unit of the plot can be briefly described for relatives away from home —— determined to find relatives —— journey adventure —— find loved ones.The whole plot narrative is composed of the beginning,the process and the ending of the family search.Complete reproduction of the relatives,filial son different life experience.The arduous journey is the climax of the story;the reunion is the end of the search.In most of the story,the filial son is eventually able to find his relatives,and if he survi,he will return all year round.If he dies,he will return to his hometown for burial.At the same time,the plot itself reflects a variety of social and cultural historical connotations,which can interpret the rich and diversified value meanings such as economy,politics,law,morality,psychology and nature.The third chapter mainly discusses the characterization of the story of "filial son seeking relatives" in the Ming and Qing novels.On the one hand,due to the plot pattern of the story of "filial son",the filial son,the central character in the story,presents the common characteristics of group in different story descriptions.The images of filial children are flat,conceptualized and typed;On the other hand,as more and more novelists with high cultural literacy participate in the processing and creation of this genre,the image of filial son is personalized,fresh and realistic.The images of relatives in the story include father,mother and brother.In different narratives,the space,the role weight is quite different.The fourth chapter analyzes the narrative art of the novel "filial son search" in Ming and Qing Dynasties.Due to the pattern of plot and the group of characters,the narrative art of the story is less breakthrough and innovative.However,after the in-depth study of modern narrative theory,we can still find that the stories of by novelists show the highlights of artistic aesthetics.There are two specific time-space art and narrative perspective.The fifth chapter discusses the cultural connotation and social influence of the story of "filial son searching for relatives".Firstly,the cultural connotation of the story of "filial son" reveals the study under the development background of the cultural practice of filial piety in Ming and Qing Dynasties,and discusses the positive influence of filial piety.Finally,from the contemporary perspective,we draw the conclusion that advocating the culture of filial piety is still of great significance today.
