| Over the years,China’s teaching development has undergone tremendous changes,from traditional teaching to modern teaching to online teaching.China’s influence on the world is growing in different areas.In all aspects of development,Chinese is one of the aspects that the government attaches great importance to.Therefore,no matter at home or abroad,Chinese teaching is constantly developing.But early in 2020,online education faced big challenges and tests.Online learning has become an important response to the COVID-19 outbreak,which left 850 million students unable to return to school.With the rapid development of this immature way of teaching,teachers and students have to adapt to it quickly.Because the transition from the classroom to the online classroom is particularly abrupt for most teachers and international students,the online classroom presented some management problems.The purpose of this paper is not only to explore in the above mentioned process between teachers and students in the online classes,but also what kind of negative impact it has produced on learners.It also tries to understand the root of these problems from a deeper perspective and puts forward a series of methods that can help solve this problem.The research focuses on the following contents: the teachers’ management style,learners’ motivation,enthusiasm,attendance and so on,and how teachers can better provide some high-quality education to attract learners.Through this research,the author is explored the opinions and experiences of the overseas students in the process of online class related to the teachers’ classroom management.After analyzing the survey data,the author has found that learners’ enthusiasm,motivation and interest in online class are closely related to teachers’ management style.If teachers are not good at providing quality education in the "virtual online world",it is not only students who will be negatively affected.It also affects the classroom.The author also knew that although many teachers have achieved results in online classroom education,there are still some teachers who can not achieve the desired results.So there is still room for improvement in Chinese online classroom.The author believes that the goal of teachers is not only to pass on knowledge,but also to stimulate learners’ interest in learning.This paper expounds the function of classroom activities and the needs of this special "learning space" and their relationship.On this basis,the activity system is designed using the structured design method.The goal is to propose some methods that can improve teachers’ management ability of online Chinese class and stimulate learners’ motivation,enthusiasm,interest,etc. |
