This paper discusses the normalization of Chinese teaching resources from two topics:the translation of proper nouns and the Chinese teaching website.Chinese translation of English proper nouns involves three aspects:English names, place names and University names. These three aspects are very frequently used in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The use of Youdao Dictionary and Baidu online Dictionary is very high. Therefore,we choose these two online dictionaries as translation tools to test the standardization of Chinese translation. We find that there are errors in Chinese translation, such as misuse of Chinese characters, multiple translation and confusion of phrase translation. There are also problems such as incomplete interpretation, incomplete marking, neglect of gender in translation, large number of errors in translation results, and lack of name translation. The Confucius Institute Online has provided a large number of teaching resources. The normalization of these teaching resources has a great influence on the normalization of Chinese teaching. The teaching video, courseware and micro class provided by the network Confucius Institute are irregular in terms of voice,Chinese characters, punctuation, vocabulary, grammar and Pinyin.Take the Pinyin irregular phenomenon as an example,it can be subdivided into three sub categories:Nonstandard spelling, irregular usage of punctuation marks and irregular marking. In order to standardize Chinese character strokes, this paper mainly uses Word stroke sorting and input method as an investigation tool. There are two main problems in Word:insufficient capacity of Chinese character recognition and wrong sorting of strokes. Many new sonogram in general standard Chinese character table can be displayed by Word, but can not be sorted. Most of the spaces are in the front of all Chinese characters.
