The Narrative Strategy Of Rural Vitalization Theme Feature Film

Rural revitalization is an important component of the current national development strategy,as well as an important direction for promoting urban-rural integration and achieving comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.In the process of rural revitalization,the creation of thematic films on rural revitalization has also become a focus of social attention.The theme of rural revitalization is an important carrier that reflects national policies,rural culture,life,and values.It can promote the process of rural revitalization,arouse people’s emotional resonance with the countryside,and promote the spirit of rural culture.This article takes the rural revitalization themed special film "The revitalization of four villages" as the object.Firstly,it clarifies the concept of rural revitalization themed special films,and then analyzes the work from three aspects: narrative expression storytelling,diversified narrative perspectives,and segmented narrative structure of the special film’s narrative strategy.Then,it combines four perspectives of visual and auditory language expression techniques: lens language,sound language,screen color,and light and shadow modeling to explore separately,From the perspective of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,this article depicts the story of using different entrepreneurial ideas and local conditions to develop characteristic industries in small mountain villages with harsh natural environments,in order to become rich and drive the surrounding people to escape poverty and move towards a moderately prosperous society.It comprehensively and truly showcases the changes in modern rural development and presents the changes and development of rural revitalization to the audience.By studying the narrative strategies and audio-visual expressions in rural revitalization themed films,we aim to provide some reference and inspiration for enriching the theoretical research of rural revitalization themed films and promoting better development of this type of film.
