The Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base is the first practice of the CPC in opening up a revolutionary road that conforms to China’s national conditions. In 1927,after Mao Zedong led the Autumn Harvest Uprising Army to the middle of the Luoxiao Mountains,he successfully smashed the "invasion and suppression" of the Kuomintang army by grasping the contradictions within the ruling class, providing a relatively peaceful environment for the construction of the CPC,the army and the regime.Publicity has played a role that cannot be ignored in the construction of base areas.Studying the propaganda work of the Communist Party of China can help deepen the understanding of the Party building work from a macro perspective. The investigation methods and propaganda methods adopted by the Communist Party of China can provide reference for today’s propaganda work. This article is written on the basis of reading a large number of documents, compilations, and recollections, attempting to demonstrate the propaganda process and status of the Communist Party of China at that time. The article is divided into seven parts. The first part is an introduction, which introduces the significance and innovation of the research while sorting out the existing research successes. The second part analyzes that the main targets of the Communist Party’s propaganda are farmers, youth, prisoners, and industrial and commercial people.Farmers occupy the majority and are revolutionary in the Jinggangshan base area.Young people are inherently aggressive and prone to vacillation.Propagandizing to prisoners that dragging guns to the Red Army is an effective way to expand the Red Army. The economy is the foundation of social operation, and industry and commerce ensure the living needs of the military and civilian at the border. The third part clarifies the propaganda organizations of the Communist Party of China, the Red Army, and local workers, peasants, and soldiers governments.Since its inception, the CPC has set up a propaganda department to guide propaganda. The establishment of a propaganda team by the Red Army plays an important role in practical work. The government of workers, peasants, and soldiers has continuously improved its propaganda functions. The fourth part is the focus of this article. The propaganda content of the Communist Party of China includes four aspects: the Agrarian Revolution, the Soldier Movement, the Red Army Expansion Movement, and the nature of the Red Army. The Agrarian Revolution was the main task of the Communist Party of China during the period of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base Area. The Soldier Movement and the Red Army Expansion Movement made the military construction effective. The internal discipline of the Red Army gradually improved, and the nature of the Red Army was more easily supported by the masses than the White Army. The fifth part introduces the Red Army’s propaganda through slogans, speeches, surveys, and announcements.Taglines are the most commonly used method and the most preserved so far.A notice is a form that complements a slogan.Usually, when a propagandist brushes and writes the slogan,he or she will also paste the notice in a designated location.Speeches and surveys are usually the best way to reach the public after the promotional effect of the slogan has been achieved. The main content of the sixth part is the effectiveness of propaganda.Under the propaganda of the Communist Party of China, the masses have supported and joined the revolution, the construction of the Red Army team has been improved, and the border economy has resumed prosperity. The seventh part is a summary of this article. The propaganda work of the Communist Party of China provides a model for today’s party building and political work.
