The Research Of Rgyalrong Tibetan Culture In Alai’s Works

As a famous contemporary literary writer who rooted from The Tibetan area of Rgyalrong,Alai have always planted its writing roots deeply in the fertile soil of Rgyalrong,no matter his first poem or his novel just completed in recent years.In his works,he tried to reveal the real scene of Rgyalrong Tibetan area,where the Rgyalrong Tibetan people had been living,possessing the university of history of the whole area.It is also provides a true portrayal and reference for the reader to break the stereotype and orientalist imagination of this area.Based on Rgyalrong Tibetan writer Alai’s works as the research object,this thesis use the perspective of literary anthropology,discussing four theme showed in Alai`s works: the ethnic culture elements,the realistic problems,ethnic development and the realistic way of ethnic problems,and revealling the enlightening meaning of Alai`s being rgyalrong Tibetan writer who fouces on ethnic writing the reality of ethnic development and the construction of the community of the Chinese nation.This paper is composed of three parts: Introduction,Text and Conclusion.First,the introduction part introduces the origin of this paper’s topic selection and the significance of ethnic cultural research on Alai’s works,;Then it sorts out the main studies on Alai`s works,and it also gives a brief overview of the theoretical basis of this paper.Finally,it clarifies the research method and main innovation points of this paper.The body part consists of four chapters,the first chapter mainly discusses the intimate relationship between Alai`s works and the Rgyalrong Tibetan culture.First of all,the author divides Alai`s writing period into three basic parts,and introduce the summary of key works,shows that the correlation between Alai himself and Rgyalrong Tibetan culture,besides,the author also gives an overview of the artistic characteristics of Alai`s works,Secondly,The basic situation and historical evolution of Rgyalrong are introduced to show the realistic basis behind a Lai’s writing.The second chapter focuses on the ethnic cultural memory.Based on Alai’s works,the author analyzes the ethnic cultural elements,including three examples of mythological epics,religious belief and folk culture,to show the history of Tibetan culture in Rgyalrong.The third chapter focuses on the reality of ethnic development and discusses the discourse dilemma of ethnic culture shown in Alai’s works in the high development of modernity and the modernity problems caused by the disappearence of Tibetan culture.The fourth chapter focuses on the future of ethnic development and discusses the contemporary outlet of Rgyalrong Tibetan culture by A Lai’s works and the historical consciousness and ethnic consciousness shown in Alai’s works.Finally,the conclusion part summarizes Tibetan culture characteristics of Alai`s works,the author believes that Alai could stand a position of the historical height and shows great wisdom to transcend the limitations of various ethnic groups rationally,it must come from the ethnicity and university of his very understanding of Rgyalrong culture.
