In this paper, the author chooses Ma Yuan (a Han nationality writer), Zhaxidawa (a Tibetan writer) and Alai (a Han-Tibet hybrid writer) to be the research samples in view of their literature achievements and different culture identities. Through the analysis of the three writers' works, the author tries to search after the development tracks of the Tibetan Han language novels and discover the reasons of their success in such a circumstance that Han culture is hegemonic in China.From the works of Ma Yuan, Zhaxidawa and Alai, We can find out that open minds, opinions of national equality and pure-hearted writing attitudes are common reasons of their success. The difference of their works basing on their different culture identities incarnates the rich and colorful of Tibetan literature. Their works show an integrated modern Tibet constructed by "Tibetans" with different culture identities and nationalities.From standpoint of diachronic study, the development of Tibetan Han language novels from Ma Yuan, Zhaxidawa to Alai also can be represented that the cultures identity consciousness tend to shift from identity politics to humanitarian politics. The coexistence of nationalism, localism and internationalism is emerging in the Tibetan Han language novels.
