Since the beginning of this century,national design policies have progressively attracted the focus and promotion of all countries around the world.With the attention paid to economic innovation and design development in contemporary society,countries around the world are increasing their research on the formulation and implementation of design industry policies.As a macro means of regulating economic development,it has become a global consensus to formulate design policies to improve the national economy and comprehensive strength.However,the development and application of design policies in different countries are still different,especially in the special economic field of fashion design,which has strong industrial relevance,great cross-impact and high social coordination requirements.Summarizing the historical experience of western countries’ design policies contributing to the growth of regional fashion industry,and discussing the logical necessity of China’s fashion culture,national policies promoting the growth of fashion industry,and even national political,economic and cultural growth,can provide reference for the rise of China’s fashion consumer market,and promote the formulation and research of national design policies.Summarize the history of fashion and the effectiveness of relevant design policies in various countries,and take typical cases as the starting point to draw on and criticize the historical samples of fashion,which is conducive to further discovering the value of China.This paper concentrate on the development path of the fashion industry under the guidance of the British design policy,and profoundly analyzes the logic between the design policy and the fashion industry by the combination of theory and practice.First of all,this paper carried out a background survey around the study object and clarified the objective and importance of the study.Secondly,based on the development status of design policies and fashion industry in various countries around the world,through the influence of British design policies on the fashion industry and regional fashion culture,it is found that regional fashion has become the internal driving force for the development of regional fashion centers.Combined with the compatible fashion system,it can contribute to the political,economic and cultural growth of the country.On this basis,taking the Hardy Amies fashion brand as the starting point,analyze the interaction between design policy and industry,summarize historical experience and value,and build a theoretical relationship model of design policy,fashion culture and fashion industry.Finally,the theoretical research results of this paper will be applied to practice,and the design practice of a textile fashion brand will be carried out according to the regional design policy of Zhejiang,to verify the guidance of the design policy on the fashion industry.To sum up the above,focus on the fashion industry and brand upgrading path under the influence of the national design policy,summarize the historical experience from the comprehensive position of criticism and reference,encourage the design management research in the contemporary development process of China’s fashion industry,help the integration of China’s design policy and fashion industry,build China’s fashion consumption market,and thus contribute to the condensation and output of Chinese fashion culture with Chinese characteristics. |
