From the view of the history, there are closely relationships between the fashion developmentand the city construction in today. The new historical period, it is particularly important to thedevelopment of fashion and creative industry that the urbanization research. Therefore, developthe fashion and creative industry promote the civilization of urbanization are the first place forthe international city. The urbanization is not only a gradual process of population in geographyand lifestyle, but also is the symbol of social progress. Fashion and creative industries is acombination of the value system, cultural core,the spirit of philosophy that belongs a nation.And it is as a guide consumption penetrate into economy and all social strata in order to promotedevelopment of the other industrial sector. In this process, the society to produce a set of systemabout fashion business.The point of the fashion and creative industries development is to build one Industry chainand try to extent the formation to maximize the benefits. The Fashion and creative Industry Parkis the result of industrial development, it is also recombinant transfer that product by market. InBeijing, the798art park and NCC are two typical fashion creative industrial park in Beijing city.They are reflect the cooperation between the government and non-government in Beijing. The798art park is one mature case. However, NCC have a bright future that shown the developmentof Fashion and creative industry park.Through the creative fashion industry park to consider the whole city, there are huge fashionresources in the city of Beijing that include the geographical, cultural, business, consumer, mediacommunication. The people deploy the procedure of resource is the course of Beijingurbanization. City cultural is a main way to make it become the fashion urban. Therefore, each offashion urban need one creative index system to measure the city fashion creative cluster degree,creativity, human and intellectual, social and cultural capital. And it is also to adjustment ofeconomic structure, to ensure the sustainable development of society. Consequently, this thesis focus on analysis the relationships and the phenomenon betweenthe urbanization and the development of fashion and creative industry that base on the Beijingurbanization development in recent years.
