Research On The Countermeasures Of Rural Cultural Construction In Jilin Province

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the issue of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.It is necessary to always prioritize solving the "three rural" issues and implement the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the regional characteristics and folk cultural characteristics,Jilin Province has also put forward new opinions,ideas,and standards for rural cultural construction on the basis of the overall planning of rural construction,promoting farmers to actively participate in cultural activities,and revitalizing the rural humanistic style.The rural culture of Jilin Province has become a highlight in the revitalization and development of rural areas in Jilin Province.This article summarizes the characteristics,highlights,and experiences of developed countries in Europe,America,and Asia in rural cultural construction.It sorts out the development process of rural cultural construction in China from 1921 to the present,as well as the academic viewpoints of domestic experts and scholars on rural cultural construction.Based on clarifying the concept definition and research theory,it organizes the current data and development results of rural cultural construction in Jilin Province,and conducts SWOT analysis,Analyze the existing problems and their causes.Conduct a case study on Jindalai Village,Helong City,Yanbian Prefecture,Jilin Province,and summarize its replicable excellent experience and practices in rural cultural construction.In order to explore the influencing factors of rural cultural construction in Jilin Province,8 related indicator systems were constructed.Survey questionnaires were designed,distributed,collected,and analyzed based on the indicators.In empirical research,multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine government leadership,cultural cognition,cultural market construction,folk cultural inheritance,cultural transformation,and rural civilization construction,Rural cultural education will have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of rural cultural construction.When using the mesomeric effect test,it is found that,except for the intermediary effect of the path of "folk culture inheritance=>government guidance=>rural culture construction effect",the other five indicators can all have a partial intermediary effect on rural culture construction effect through government guidance.In response to the lack of deep compatibility between the content and form of rural cultural construction in Jilin Province,difficulties in inheriting and promoting traditional culture,insufficient endogenous driving force for rural cultural construction,drawbacks in rural cultural markets,and low levels of rural education,it is proposed to enhance the level of rural cultural construction capacity,improve rural public cultural service construction,leverage Jilin cultural characteristics,and introduce rural cultural talents,Suggestions for addressing the diverse cultural needs of farmers through multiple channels and expanding rural cultural and educational resources.
