Research On The Construction Of Rural Culture In Jilin Province Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which is a major development strategy based on the task requirements of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way at the present stage,in order to solve the problems still existing in the current rural construction.The rural revitalization strategy clarifies the general requirements of " industrial revitalization,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life." In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it also emphasizes the need to " accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural country and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations." It can be seen that the rural revitalization strategy has rich connotations,covering economic,political,cultural,and ecological aspects.As an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,rural cultural construction is an integral part of the rural revitalization strategy and an indispensable cornerstone in the process of rural revitalization strategy.It plays an important role in leading and promoting rural revitalization.The strategy of rural revitalization is to improve the material and spiritual living standards of farmers,so that rural culture can present a new and modern spiritual outlook,and provide sufficient spiritual nourishment for farmers ’ new life and new struggle.Rural revitalization should not only shape but also cast the soul.As the ’ soft power ’in rural revitalization,rural cultural construction is the source of strength for the construction of spiritual civilization in the new era,which is of great significance for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the realization of rural modernization.This article is divided into five parts :The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background and significance of this paper,comprehensively analyzes the research status of rural cultural construction at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and innovation points of this paper.The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis.This paper defines the related concepts of rural revitalization strategy and rural cultural construction,and summarizes the relationship between rural cultural construction and rural revitalization strategy.The third part is the current situation of rural cultural construction in Jilin Province under the rural revitalization strategy.According to the investigation and visit of rural cultural construction in Jilin Province,we collected data to understand the achievements of rural cultural construction in Jilin Province.Combined with the results of previous research,we summarized the problems existing in rural cultural construction in Jilin Province under the strategy of rural revitalization,and analyzed the causes of the problems.The fourth part is the experience and enlightenment of rural cultural construction at home and abroad.This paper selects representative cases of rural cultural construction at home and abroad,taking Japan,South Korea and France as examples abroad,and Zhejiang,Guangdong and Jiangsu as examples in China.By learning the successful experience of rural cultural construction in different regions,it absorbs and explores the development path of rural cultural construction in Jilin Province.The fifth part is the path research of rural cultural construction in Jilin Province under the rural revitalization strategy.Starting from guiding the construction of rural culture in the right direction,strengthening the leading and service functions of grassroots governments,promoting the development of rural cultural industries,and strengthening the construction of rural cultural talents,it provides a reference solution for the construction of rural culture in Jilin Province.
