Justice has been a value goal pursued by human social activities since ancient times,a yardstick for measuring the degree of social civilization and a driving force for promoting social development. No matter how society develops or how human beings progress,we have not abandoned our thinking and pursuit of justice. In today’s era,we still have a vision and yearning for the issue of justice, and our quest for justice has never been interrupted. No matter when and where,"justice" is always the eternal spiritual pursuit and aspiration of each of us.Based on historical materialism, explaining justice is Marx’s unique form.Marx’s view of justice has also become the focus of discussion among many scholars since the19 th century. It not only has theoretical value, but also has practical value, and can be read frequently and updated at any time.Marx’s view of justice is based on the reality of social history, starting from the perspective of historical materialism, tracing back to the source to elaborate the ways to achieve justice and the trend of justice, focusing on the study of the dialectical unity of human beings and society, and discovering the laws and trends of social development in the study of dialectical unity.Marx’s concept of justice contains a deep concern for human beings. Therefore,no matter how many years have passed,it is still the object of many scholars’ research. This article attempts to understand a corner of Marx’s vast thought through a review of Marx’s concept of justice, and attempts to connect it with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, combining theory with practice,to provide theoretical guidance for the development of our society. This article elaborates Marx’s view of justice from four aspects: The first part systematically discusses the theoretical background of Marx’s view of justice, starting from ancient Greek philosophy, and ending with the vision of the future by utopian socialist scholars.Through criticizing and inheriting the past philosophy,Marx constructed the historical theoretical foundation of Marx’s concept of justice; The second part expounds the formation path of Marx’s view of justice, and explores the formation process of Marx’s view of justice in detail through studying Marx’s classic texts. From the gradual awakening of self consciousness,to the critical inheritance of other views on justice, and finally to the formation of historical materialism and the formal establishment of Marx’s view of justice, the formation of Marx’s view of justice is explained. The third part focuses on studying the connotation of Marx’s concept of justice, deeply exploring its main content and characteristics, and making specific analysis and understanding of the different connotations of Marx’s concept of justice,so as to briefly understand the content of Marx’s concept of justice; The fourth part, starting from the actual situation of China at this stage, combines Marx’s view of justice, accurately and comprehensively analyzes the theoretical and practical value of Marx’s view of justice for the guidance and reference significance of our society.Based on Marx’s concept of justice,it has unparalleled theoretical advantages for us to understand the specific relationship between people and society.Through further exploration of Marx’s concept of justice, promoting the harmonious coexistence of people and society can truly contribute to the prosperity of the country and promote the free and comprehensive development of people.
