Study On Tourist Satisfaction Of Shenyang Industrial Heritage Tourism

With the whole development of Chinese society,protection and use of industrial heritage consciousness gradually strengthen,industrial heritage travel has become a new way to wake up the city memory and tell the city culture.As an important old industrial base in China,Shenyang is rich in industrial heritage resources.These precious cultural heritages contain rich cultural memory and historical culture.Based on this background,Shenyang industrial heritage,relying on tourism,revitalizes the silent industrial heritage in the new era by telling the thick urban memory,creates the characteristic scenic spots that tourists are satisfied with,creates new economic growth points,and becomes the new business card of Shenyang.This study takes Shenyang industrial heritage tourism as the research object,combines the existing research results of domestic and foreign academia,sorts out the evaluation indicators of the application of ACSI model in tourism research,and selects the evaluation indicators related to this study.Through the data survey and empirical analysis of the satisfaction of Shenyang industrial heritage tourism tourists with grade2 A and above,the problems in the satisfaction of Shenyang industrial heritage tourism tourists are found and the optimization strategy is proposed.The main research methods and processes are as follows:First of all,this paper puts the tourist satisfaction of Shenyang industrial heritage tourism into a causal interactive system of mutual influence and correlation,namely ACSI model.Through 6 dimensions,28 evaluation indicators,the overall satisfaction of tourists was studied.Secondly,by recycling questionnaires and sorting out relevant data,SPSS26.0 is used to conduct descriptive analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,paired sample T test and Importance-Performance Analysis of the recovered data to evaluate the overall satisfaction of tourists of Shenyang industrial heritage tourism.Finally,according to the Importance-Performance Analysis results,it is found that the overall satisfaction of tourists of Shenyang industrial heritage tourism is not good in interpretation satisfaction,entertainment item richness,commodity characteristics,tourism souvenir richness,tourism souvenir price,entertainment product price,catering and accommodation price,ticket price and other aspects,which is the problem of this study.To solve the above problems,we can increase the degree of tourism attraction;Enhance the perceived value of tourism products,matching product value and price;Build industrial heritage tourism industrial park and upgrade tourism interpretation and other aspects of optimization.
