Study Of The Han Official Fan Wencheng And His Family In The Early Qing Dynasty

Fan Wencheng,as a famous minister from the late Jin dynasty to the early Qing dynasty,was an important historical figure in this period.Fan Wencheng was an official for nearly 50 years.He rose and fell in the official circles,from a cloth dress to a rank of Zaifu.He was deeply trusted and appreciated by the rulers of the Qing dynasty.He was the first civil official of Han dynasty in the early Qing dynasty.Under the education and influence of fan wencheng,the descendants of fan Wencheng had many talents,and the fan family was a pure and famous family,so it was trusted and used by the rulers of the Qing dynasty,the long and prosperous rule of the fan family also reflected the importance and appreciation of the officials of the Han people by the rulers of the Later Jin dynasty and the Qing dynasty.Through the study of fan wencheng and his family,this paper aims to analyze the role of the Han people in the early Qing dynasty,and then to investigate the rulers’ views on ethnic group and employment.Besides the introduction,the thesis is divided into four chapters:Besides the introduction,the thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter introduces the official model of the Han dynasty in the early Qing dynasty from the two aspects of the time and the process of becoming an official.On the one hand,with the rise of Jianzhou Jurchen people,the 1616 Nurhaci unified the ministries of Jurchen people and established a “Great Jin” regime in Hertuala,known as the “Post-jin”.“Post-jin” to accept the Han sages,and constantly consolidate and expand their own strength.On the other hand,starting from his family background,through the experience of entering the official career,and finally being re-used and promoted,this paper introduces the process of his entering the official career in detail.The second chapter introduces the family structure of fan Wencheng is family from the perspective of his children,grandchildren and other family members,and analyzes the family structure of fan Wencheng and summarizes the achievements of fan Wencheng is family.The third chapter discusses the reason why fan Wencheng is family was valued by the emperor.First of all,from the objective conditions,the early Qing dynasty,the emperor in order to better consolidate power,governance of the country,actively absorb and learn from the Chinese outstanding ideological culture and advanced system ideas,the policy of“Respecting the Han dynasty,respecting Confucianism”and“Integrating the Manchu and Han dynasties” was carried out.It was in this historical opportunity that fan Wencheng was appreciated and reused by the emperor,and his status was gradually promoted to become a generation of important ministers.Secondly,from the subjective factors to analyze,Fan Wen Cheng and his family to maintain good traditional virtues and excellent family style,not only straight and upright,but also heroic loyalty.It is under the influence of subjective and objective conditions,fan Wencheng and his family can be reused by the emperor.The fourth chapter is mainly about the historical evaluation of fan Wencheng and his family.This paper introduces fan Wencheng is family history from the aspects of“Yuan Fu Gao Feng” in early Qing dynasty,“But can bring up”descendants of distinguished officials and“Gradually declining” descendants of famous families,and analyze and summarize the historical evaluation of fan Wencheng and his family.
