With the continuous development of economy,people’s living standards are improving,they begin to pay attention to the enjoyment of spiritual entertainment.Meanwhile,with more disposable leisure time,the tourism service industry is booming.Tourists have the needs to record moments while traveling,thus photography as the main method to retain photos,has become an inseparable service industry with tourism.The development of photography technology and the improvement of people’s aesthetics have led people to expect higher-level shooting products and expressions,and the professional vacation photography service industry has the prospect and opportunity for development.The core competitiveness of the vacation photography service industry mainly relies on advanced imaging technical support and the services.Vacation photography companies in addition to providing competitive and attractive imaging technology,but also need professional talents to provide customer-satisfying services,so talents are key to the vacation photography service industry.This paper takes Company D as the research object and introduces the background as well as the salary system of Company D on the basis of sorting out the concepts related to compensation and total rewards model.Through the questionnaire survey,combined with the latest version of the total rewards model,the problems in the salary system of Company D in terms of compensation,benefits,well-being,development,and recognition were analyzed.Thus,the reasons which caused these problems are able to be identified.Based on the analysis of these reasons and using the total rewards model,the corresponding total rewards system of Company D can be designed.The proposed total rewards model of aims to retain,attract and motivate talents 。 Following suggestions for safeguard measures to ensure the implementation are also indicated.The author expects that through the research of this paper,the existing problems in the salary system of Company D will be analyzed in depth,a set of feasible optimization measures will be designed to solve these problems,and the company’s total rewards system will be designed through more detailed analysis,so as to enhance the sense of fairness and satisfaction of employees and promote the improvement of organizational performance.
