Research On The Women’s Rescue Society During The Anti-japanese War

After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japanese aggression,in order to resist the attack of the Japanese aggressives,to unite and organize the masses,the Shanxi Chahar Hebei military Region was established in Wutai on November 7,1937.On January 15,1938,the Government of Shanxi-Chahe-Hebei border region was established to mobilize the people to actively participate in the construction of the border region and inspire the people’s enthusiasm for the war of resistance against Japanese aggression.In March 1938,in order to form an anti-japanese national united front,the first Women’s congress of the Shanxi-Chahe-Hebei border region was held in Fuping County,Hebei Province,officially announcing the establishment of the Shanxi-Chahe-Hebei Border Region Women’s Anti-japanese and Salvation Association to the whole country,and leading the masses of the Shanxi-Chahe-Hebei border region to carry out the vigorous women’s liberation movement.This paper is mainly studied from the following four aspects.The first part mainly discusses the establishment and evolution of the Women’s Anti-japanese salvation Association in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border region.From the development and change of women’s living environment,various women’s policies formulated by the Communist Party of China,women’s organizations during the Anti-Japanese War,and the awakening situation of women in Shanxi-Chahe-Hebei border area,this paper describes how to establish the women’s anti-japanese and salvation association in Shanxi-Chahe-Hebei border area.This paper discusses how the Women’s anti-Japanese National Salvation Association of Shanxi,Chahar and Hebei border region develops and expands gradually under the leadership of the Party from three aspects:strengthening the organizational strength,formulating the organization constitution of the Women’s anti-Japanese National Salvation Association of Shanxi,Chahar and Hebei Border Region,and expanding the ranks of women cadres.The second part mainly discusses the main tasks of the Women’s Anti-japanese salvation Association in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border region.In order to promote the awakening of women,the Shanxi-Cha-Ji border area women’s Anti-japanese National Salvation Association established civilian schools to educate women to read and read,and guide women to study hard.To support the front lines,the Women’s Anti-japanese and National Salvation Association organized women to participate in agricultural,handicraft and sideline production and guided them to actively accomplish their tasks.In order to enable women in the border area to get married independently and voluntarily,the Administrative committee of the Shanxi Cha-Ji Border Area promulgated the Marriage Regulations of the Shanxi Cha-Ji Border Area on July 7,1941,and women plucked up courage to fight for the freedom of marriage.In order to reduce women’s housework and enable children to receive more scientific care,the Women’s Association of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and Salvation helped to set up child protection committees,carry out health work for women and infants and prevent diseases of women and infants.To improve women’s political status,the Women’s Anti-japanese and National Salvation Association mobilized women to participate in democratic elections.The third part mainly discusses the action effectiveness obtained by the Women’s Anti-japanese salvation Association in the Jin-cha-Ji border region.Under the leadership of the Women’s Anti-japanese and Salvation Association in the Shanxi-Chaha-Hebei border region,the majority of women’s right to education has been guaranteed and their cultural level has been improved.Through active production,women have increased their income and improved their economic and family status.Through the publicity and implementation of the Regulations on Marriage in the Shanxi-Chahe-Hebei Border Region,women have the courage to abandon arranged marriages and pursue gender equality.Through the active participation in the election,women’s political consciousness greatly enhanced,and in the liberation of their own at the same time for the Consolidation and development of the Shanxi Cha-Ji border region made a great contribution.The fourth part mainly discusses the experience and inadequacy of the development of women’s anti-japanese salvation in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border region.This paper discusses the valuable experience of the Women’s Anti-japanese and salvation Association in shanxi,Cha-Ji border region from four aspects: adhering to the leadership of the Party,respecting the law of women’s work,carrying out women’s activities around the central task,and adhering to the mass line.From the formalism,mobilization imbalance two aspects to discuss the shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area women’s anti-japanese national Salvation Association in the work of the shortcomings.
