Research On Optimization Of Performance Appraisal System Of T Company

Performance appraisal is the core of performance management,which is of great significance to stimulate the vitality of employees and organizations,realize corporate strategy and improve corporate competitiveness.This paper comprehensively adopts literature research method,investigation research method,case analysis method,quantitative and qualitative analysis method,and focuses on the optimization of T Company’s performance appraisal system.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper diagnoses the current situation of T Company’s performance appraisal system,and analyses the company’s performance appraisal system problems:assessment objectives are not clear,unreasonable ind icators design,lack of standards,improper selection of assessment subjects,lack of continuous performance communication and feedback,insufficient application of results.In order to promote the realization of the company’s strategic objectives,and in combination with the six problems of the company’s performance appraisal system,this paper redesigned and optimized the company’s performance appraisal system by comprehensively adopting methods and tools such as BSC,KPI and AHP.The optimization of index content,index weight,assessment method,assessment communication and feedback,and application of assessment results can be implemented after expert evaluation.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme,this paper improves the measures of system guarantee,organization guarantee and e nterprise culture construction,so as to improve managers and employees’ understanding of performance appraisal,and fully mobilize all kinds of resources to ensure the implementation of performance appraisal.
