With the reforming of the cultural system in China,marketization and reform for PJ troupe has become inevitable,how to complete the reform,and successfully enter the market is the priority among priorities.However,over the years,the financial,personnel and income distribution management system of PJ troupe are managed by the higher competent department in the government,without formatting the systems and mechanisms for docking with the market.PJ troupe still by the management style of administrative order as the main means and contractual order as the auxiliary means lacks intrinsic motivation in market competition to become bigger and stronger.At the beginning of the reforming,PJ troupe should formulate enterprise development strategy based on its own characteristics,through the establishment of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,to build its cohesion and promote the development,so as to give full play to its role,mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff at utmost,make the enterprise full of vitality,create remarkable social and economic benefits,promote to achieve the goal of PJ troupe's transformation.The thesis gives some research on the above issues.This thesis pointed out the problems in performance appraisal after the restructuring of PJ troupe,with its background of reforming.It analyzes object of the performance appraisal,set goals of the performance,and the performance evaluation content includes work attitude,work tasks,work ability,work performance and other aspects elaborated.On the basis of the above analysis,the thesis presents the performance appraisal system design scheme,aiming at the problems of the performance appraisal system after the restructuring of PJ troupe,and measures to ensure the implementation of the scheme.It prospects on future development of the performance appraisal system after the restructuring of PJ troupe.Research focus on its own characteristics and special properties after the restructuring,it divides the staff into different categories,chooses different performance index,and then designs different modes of performance appraisal.In this paper,from the perspective of PJ troupe development and its development of an effective performance appraisal system for the research results not only for the further development of the PJ and provides a useful help,also make the performance appraisal system of other companies on the restructuring of the company,which has a certain reference value.
