In web2.0 era,network community and social network have become an integral part of modern people’s life.In language learning,an online learning community formed by the same language learners has gradually emerged,and the online platform of language learning has gradually had a group of skilled and loyal users.The global COVID-19 has accelerated the integration of language classroom and network.Educators are increasingly aware of the complementary role of social networks and network communities in language learning and the one and only advantage they have.This paper integrates the distributed cognitive theory and the three-tier model of "interactive hierarchical tower of distance education".Cyberspace is regarded as a distributed cognitive environment for language learning.Learners,teachers,learning materials,learning situations and learning tools are regarded as separable elements in the learning process.How the environment affects the development of cognition and the collection of information is discussed.Using the interaction hierarchy tower for reference,the interaction behavior of language learners in the network environment is divided into tool interaction between learners and online community The content interaction between learners and the cognitive content of the target language,as well as the situational interaction between learners.By joining different online communities,the author observes the language behavior and presentation of community users,and studies and analyzes the characteristics,causes and problems of language learners in online communities.At the same time,with the help of data statistics,machine learn the posts in Douban language group and Chinese stackeexchange,and count the high-frequency words.Refer to Peeters’ interactive communication and teaching meaning model to analyze the content of the statistical results.This study will point out how the existing network platform affects the efficiency of language learning at the tool level,the learning focus and discussion focus of learners in the communication of online community,and how to establish a sense of identity among learners,reduce learning anxiety and deepen the sense of belonging to their online community.By analyzing the characteristics of online language learning community,this paper points out the places that educators can make use of and guide,give full play to the advantages of social network in auxiliary language teaching,avoid its possible negative effects,and promote the good development of online and offline hybrid teaching.
