Research On The Integrated Development Of Agriculture,Culutre And Tourism In Tibet Under The Background Of Rural Reveitalization

In 2017,at the party’s 19 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the rural revitalization strategy.In 2021,China achieved a comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation and began to comprehensively revitalize rural areas.The issue of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers is related to the livelihood of the people.Developing the integration of agriculture,culture,and tourism in Tibet is an important measure to address the issues of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,as well as an important way to achieve rural revitalization.Based on agriculture,Tibet promotes the integrated development of cultural tourism and agriculture,deeply explores and utilizes rural cultural tourism resources in various regions,promotes the implementation of a number of distinctive and powerful rural cultural tourism key projects,and cultivates and forms a number of rural cultural tourism industry brands.Accelerate the industrial integration of agriculture,culture,and tourism,continuously meet people’s demand for diversified agricultural products and spiritual needs for rural culture and natural landscapes,promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and achieve a situation where agriculture is strong,rural beauty,and farmers are rich.This paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign literature through the literature analysis method,and finds that although there has been nearly 20 years of research on industrial integration,on the whole,there are more qualitative research and less quantitative research.There are many researches on the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism,but there are few scholars who study the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism,especially those who take Tibet as the research object.In addition,Tibet has its unique ethnic culture and unique natural scenery.Therefore,this paper uses the qualitative and quantitative methods to study the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism in Tibet.Secondly,based on the theory of industrial integration and sustainable development,this paper analyzes the development status of Tibet’s agriculture,cultural industry and tourism industry.According to the principles of systematicness,scientificity and operability,the entropy method and coupling model are used to analyze the integrated development level of agriculture,cultural industry and tourism in Tibet from 2011 to 2021,and the following conclusions are drawn.First,from the results of the comprehensive development level of Tibet’s agriculture,cultural industry and tourism industry,it is not difficult to find that the comprehensive development level of the three industries fluctuated from 2011 to 2021,but the comprehensive development level of tourism is the highest.Since 2017,tourism has driven the development of agriculture and cultural industry,and the comprehensive development of agriculture is the lowest of the three.Secondly,the coordination degree of the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism in Tibet has been rising during this period,from 0.156 in 2011 to 0.776 in 2021,which is an increase of 62% in one year.In 2011,the coordination degree of the coupling of agriculture,culture and tourism in Tibet was seriously unbalanced.From 2012 to 2013,the coordination degree of the coupling of agriculture,culture and tourism in Tibet was nearly unbalanced.In 2014,the coordination degree of the coupling of agriculture,culture and tourism in Tibet was barely coordinated.In 2015,the coordination degree of the coupling of agriculture,culture and tourism in Tibet was primary coordination.From 2016 to 2021,the coordination degree of the coupling of agriculture,culture and tourism in Tibet was intermediate coordination.However,greater efforts need to be made to achieve the excellent and coordinated development of Tibet’s agricultural,cultural and tourism integration.At present,the development of Tibet’s agricultural,cultural and tourism integration is in and may be in the initial stage of development for a long time.To achieve the stable and mature stage of the development of Tibet’s agricultural,cultural and tourism integration,it is inseparable from the support of government policies,let alone the guidance of wisdom and technology,so as to continuously innovate the new business form of Tibet’s agricultural,cultural and tourism integration.Finally,according to the existing problems,four suggestions are put forward.First,accelerate the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism,and promote industrial revitalization;Second,play the multiple roles of the government;Third,cultivate local talents,retain Xinxiang talents and introduce industry elites;Fourth,strengthen brand building and increase marketing publicity.
