Study On The Coupling And Coordination Of Rural Revitalization,Cultural And Creative Industry Development And Tourism Economy

Rural revitalization is an important proposition of current modernization,tourism is a new element and a new driving force to promote rural revitalization,cultural and creative industry is a new driving force and a new direction for the development of rural revitalization,and how to better promote the integration of cultural and tourism for the coordinated development of cultural and creative industry,tourism and rural revitalization has become the focus of researchers’ attention.This paper analyzes the theoretical and empirical studies on the cooperation of rural revitalization,cultural and creative development and tourism economic integration,and proposes ways and countermeasures for the cooperation of cultural industry,tourism and rural revitalization,which contains multiple meanings of theory and practice.The system of rural revitalization,cultural and creative industry development,and tourism economy in 31 provinces of China from 2011-2019 is measured,and the coupling coordination degree of rural revitalization,cultural and creative industry development,and tourism economy is calculated while quantifying the three systems,and the distribution dynamics,spatial differences,and convergence of the coupling coordination degree of rural revitalization,cultural and creative industry development,and tourism economy in each province are analyzed.Entropy power TOPSIS method,coupling coordination degree,Kernel density estimation,Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,Moran’s I,and σ convergence model research methods were used.The brief conclusions are as follows.First,the entropy power TOPSIS method measurement score analysis shows that there are large differences among rural revitalization,cultural and creative industry development,and tourism economy regions.Second,based on the results of the coupling coordination degree model analysis,it can be seen that,overall,the coupling coordination degree of rural revitalization,cultural and creative industry development and tourism economy is increasing and is at the stage of barely coordination;the differences are large,east > central > northeast > west;in terms of annual growth rate,west > central > east >northeast.Third,regarding the national Kernel density function estimation results,the bimodal distribution of coupling coordination degree in each province shows that the level of coupling coordination degree is increasing.Fourth,the spatial differences in the level of coupling coordination between rural revitalization,cultural and creative industry development and tourism economy are stable while gradually decreasing,and the intra-regional differences have obvious spatial heterogeneity.The interregional variation of spatial variation is larger,followed by intra-regional variation,and the contribution of hypervariable density is the smallest.Fifth,the global Moran’I index of coupling coordination within 2011 to 2019 is significantly positive.The coupling coordination levels in the national,central,northeastern,and western regions converge at σ;while the coupling coordination levels in the eastern region do not converge at σ.Through a systematic study of the overall characteristics,spatial and temporal evolution,impact effects and countermeasures of the coupled coordination relationship among rural revitalization,cultural and creative industry development and tourism economy in Chinese provinces,the cognition of the interaction between culture,tourism and rural revitalization is strengthened,and the related research contents and methodological system are further expanded and deepened.From the perspectives of cultural and creative development,tourism economy,and promotion of rural revitalization and prosperity,we understand the current situation,weaknesses and constraints of each regional system development and propose targeted countermeasures in order to realize regional cultural industry,high-quality tourism development,integrated urban-rural development and rural revitalization strategy.
