Research On The Construction Of Future Rural Cultural Scene Based On Villagers’ Perception

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,the development of rural areas has been highly valued by governments and departments at all levels.As an important window to fully demonstrate the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Zhejiang Province has taken the lead in revitalizing rural areas and continuously deepened the exploration and practice of rural construction.In recent years,Zhejiang Province has made a major decision to build a " future village " based on the construction of " future community." This paper focuses on the future cultural scene construction in the future village and carries out relevant research.Based on the scene theory,this paper makes a more in-depth study on the concept,elements,types,characteristics,functions and construction methods of the future rural cultural scene,and constructs the index evaluation system of the construction and evaluation of the future rural cultural scene from the aspects of cultural experience,cultural authenticity and cultural creativity.Taking Xikou Village,Longyou County,Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper makes an empirical study,and makes an in-depth analysis and summary of the current situation and effectiveness of its future rural cultural scene construction.Based on the perspective of villagers ’ perception,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward corresponding solutions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The future rural cultural scene is based on digital resources and technology as an important support.By improving the original rural culture and other related facilities and shaping the new rural space and cultural scene,it can meet the growing future cultural life needs of the majority of villagers and foreign people.The future rural cultural scene mainly includes five elements: community neighborhood,material and cultural facilities,diverse people,local activities and cultural values,which can be roughly divided into four types: recreation and entertainment,folk culture,good governance of public welfare and cultural innovation scene.It plays an important role in enriching people ’s spiritual culture,expanding cultural influence and promoting cultural consumption.(2)The future rural cultural scene plays an important role in cultural education,cultivating cultural values,enriching villagers ’ cultural life and promoting the development of rural economy and culture,and can continue the historical and cultural context of the village.Through the construction of rural cultural scenes in the future,Xikou Village has greatly improved the quality of the village,attracted talents to return,continued the spiritual context of struggle,met the diverse cultural needs of villagers,further promoted the economic and social development of the village,and greatly promoted the overall revitalization of the village..(3)In the empirical study of Xikou Village,the evaluation of the future rural cultural scene construction and evaluation from the perspective of experts and villagers is generally consistent,but there are also some differences.The evaluation results of experts and villagers in Xikou Old Street,Cultural Auditorium,Smart Basketball Court,Shared Book Bar,Party Building Square and other scenes are basically the same,and they all hold a positive attitude.There is a big gap in the evaluation of porcelain and rice museum,villagers ’ self-created workshop,struggle memory museum,bamboo courtyard,leisure trails along the river and other scenes.The reason for the consistent evaluation is that the corresponding scenes better meet the needs of the villagers ’cultural life while reflecting the cultural value and giving full play to the advantages of new technologies.The reason for the difference in evaluation is that the scene construction and operation are weak,some scenes lack core attraction,and the scene construction is inefficient and has not yet fully functioned.There are also problems such as redundancy of intelligent technology,unbalanced distribution,insufficient function,and disconnection from the actual cultural life needs of villagers.(4)The village is the village where the majority of villagers live and produce.The construction of rural cultural scenes in the future should take the specific needs of villagers as the starting point,fully consider the future cultural life needs of villagers,Create a multicultural scene centered on villagers,pay attention to intergenerational balance and individual differences,rationally arrange scenes,improve and improve quality,extend technical experience,and encourage villagers to carry out cultural activities.At the same time,due to the influence of cognitive level,villagers also have shortcomings such as blindness and shortsightedness.The government should give full play to the role of top-level design and positive guidance,based on the long-term and taking into account the needs of villagers,and finally build a rich and diverse cultural scene.
