Research On The Standardization Of Private Art Academy From 1927 To 1937

During the ten years from 1927 to 1937,Nanjing National Government successively issued a series of policies and regulations for the rectification of private fine arts academies,strengthened the management of private fine arts academies,promoted the standardized development of private fine arts academies,improved the private higher fine arts education system,and created the golden period of the development of private higher fine arts education in modern China.It laid the foundation for the development of higher fine arts education after 1949.Under the supervision of the Ministry of Education of Nanjing National Government,only four private art academies have been recognized by the government and completed the registration.This paper focuses on the process of four private art academies completing the registration during the ten years from 1927 to 1937 as well as the standardized construction under the government-guided system.This paper probes into the influence of the whole process of higher education on private higher art education during the period of Nanjing National Government.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter summarizes the reasons and measures for the Ministry of Education of Nanjing National Government to standardize private art colleges from 1927 to 1937.The second chapter discusses the standardization of the running standards of private art academies from 1927 to 1937,from unifying the school name to stipulating the running funds,teaching facilities and teachers of private art academies,so as to improve the running quality of private art academies.The third chapter discusses the standardization of the teaching system of private art colleges from 1927 to 1937,from the standardization of the department construction,curriculum and teaching evaluation of private art colleges.The fourth chapter discusses the standardization of the management system of private academy of fine Arts from 1927 to 1937,including the standardization of administrative management system and teaching management system.
