A Study Of The National Policy In The Period Of Nanjing National Government

The Nanjing National Government is led by Chiang Kai-shek of the Kuomintang in Nanjing from 1927 to 1949, it was the central government of the Republic of China, and ruled China 22 years. The Nanjing National Government in the actual effective jurisdiction(refers to 1928- 1947) in Inner Mongolia area of 19 years, respectively, to promoted social progress, economic development, political, economic, educational, religious and other policies. This thesis expound the author’s basic views and opinions on the policies of the National Government of Nanjing, and summarizes some experiences and lessons that can be used in the present.This thesis consists of six chapters.Including the introduction and the content of the introduction. Among them: the introduction part mainly introduced the history of study about The Nanjing Government Mongolia policy, as well as the research significance, research content, research methods, research data. The main content of the first chapter of Liang Qichao, Wang Jingwei, Lv Simian, Fei Xiaotong and other people of the nation, the theoretical source of the national policy of Nanjing National Government:Sun Yat-sen, Chiang Kai-shek’s nationalist ideology. The second chapter mainly introduced the central mechanism of Nanjing National Government and the Inner Mongolia national affairs management system of Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission. The third chapter is the core content of this paper, a comprehensive discussion of the various aspects of Nanjing, the National Government’s policy of political change: Mongolia Province, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous County allowed, economy on the real side of immigration, assarting Mongolian, education planning, principles of frontier education, religion: religious self by strengthening the management. The fourth chapter discusses the victory of the war in the Eastern Mongolia Mongolian flag after the demobilization of Nanjing National Government and the end of rule in Inner Mongolia area. The last part is the conclusion, make a summary of the Nanjing National Government in Inner Mongolia national policy.In short, this thesis discusses the Nanjing National Government a comprehensive treatment of all aspects of Mongolian policy, Inner Mongolia and stable social, economic development, consolidate national defense experience and lessons summed up the national policy system in each specific policies of political, economic, educational, religious the relationship between energy and thus concludes today as we can learn the experience and lessons from the history.
