Cooperative Management Of Intangible Cultural Heritage In Chengdu In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

Under the background of rural revitalization,some regions in China have carried out various ways on promoting the revitalization of rural culture,talents and economy with intangible cultural heritage as the carrier.However,in the promoting process,management issues challenges on the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage still existed and needed to be addressed by the government,social organizations,enterprises and non-inheritors.Investigation is also necessary to explore the management system on intangible cultural heritage in rural revitalization.Therefore,taking Chengdu city as an example,the current management efficiencies and challenges on intangible cultural heritage protection and development and by the government and social organizations under the background of rural revitalization were investigated and analyzed by literature collection field research methods.Based on the analysis of successful cases,the collaborative management model of intangible heritage protection and utilization in Chengdu is proposed.The specific results are as follows:Under the background of rural revitalization,Chengdu has established a complete governmental functional organization system for intangible cultural heritage management,however insufficient administrative staff for intangible cultural heritage for county government departments were still the problem,which needs to be strengthened in the future.Chengdu government’s work on the protection and management of intangible cultural heritage has been highly recognized,and most of the public believe that the government should play a leading role in the cultural revitalization in the rural revitalization.The social organizations are facing with the challenges of responsibility consciousness,function and role transformation and market model response.On the other hand,the intangible cultural heritage projects are facing with the challenges in lacking of inheritance talents,innovation and low social recognition.In addition,all parties involved in the intangible cultural heritage management are also facing with the pressure and challenge of public awareness and opinions.This research investigated the collaborative management mechanism of cultural intangible heritage towns under rural revitalization background.A collaborative management model between government departments,multi-party institutions,organizations and individuals,decision-makers and the public is proposed to break down the barriers between systems,ideas,methods and viewpoints of all parties involved in intangible cultural heritage management.This model can provide certain reference for the implementation of rural revitalization construction assisted by intangible cultural heritage in Chengdu.The research results in this study may provide references on the collaborative management of intangible cultural heritage in Chengdu,the results would be also helpful for enriching the theory of collaborative management in intangible cultural heritage...
