Study On The Intangible Cultural Heritage Tourism Activation Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

In 2017,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization for the first time at the nineteen major working conference of the party,which is further strengthening and deepening the work of rural construction in the past decades.In this context,it states enhancing of the exploration about how to realize the tourism activation and utilization of intangible cultural heritage in rural areas.Taigu District,located in Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province,is the core area of Jinzhong cultural ecology protection experimental zone,the only national cultural ecology protection zone in Shanxi Province.Taigu district has a profound historical and cultural tradition,a large number of intangible cultural heritage resources and more abundant types of resources.In 2015,it was awarded the title of "national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration county" by the Ministry of Agriculture and the National Tourism Administration,and also has a certain representativeness in the province in terms of tourism activation and utilization.Therefore,Taigu district is chosen as the investigation site,and the research method of literature analysis and field research is used to explore how to realize the tourism activation of intangible cultural heritage resources in the context of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the connotation of relevant issues,research review,research methods,research content and framework;The second chapter combs the current situation of intangible cultural heritage resources in Taigu District,which is the case study area,to lay a good foundation for subsequent analysis and utilization;The third chapter introduces the tourism activities of Taigu intangible cultural heritage,the current situation of the utilization of intangible cultural heritage in Taigu is sorted out according to the current measures,the mode of tourism utilization and the local tourism market,and the existing difficulties in the utilization of intangible cultural heritage in Taigu are summed up;the fourth chapter combines the theory of Comparative advantage theory and Competitive advantage theory,and the theory of Industrial integration to draw the path and Countermeasures for the utilization of intangible cultural heritage in Taigu;the fifth chapter is the conclusion and research deficiencies.All in all,the government,the market and the public should make better use of the intangible cultural heritage resources in Taigu district.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,how to connect traditional culture and tourism utilization,form a complementary and mutually promoting pattern,truly play the important role of intangible cultural heritage resources in rural construction and tourism development,and at the same time,tourism activation and utilization can also feed rural social development,that is to say,only by making tourism activation and utilization "localized" can rural communities be made Intangible cultural heritage resources of the association continue to be inherited and developed.
