School bullying has always been a universal phenomenon around the world.Involvement in school bullying can endanger students’ physical and mental health, academic development and school adaptation, and even lead to abnormal deaths and other crisis events.School bullying is a worldwide public health problem, which has been paid more and more attention by researchers.School bullying is a complex behavior, which is often affected by variables at different levels, such as society, school, family and individuals.Teachers,as important others of students, are important factors to prevent and intervene in school bullying.Numerous research results show that teachers’ attitudes and views on school bullying not only affect teachers’ own intervention methods, but also have a significant impact on the incidence of school bullying.Based on a comprehensive investigation of the current situation of bullying attitudes of teachers in a middle school in M city, this study aims to explore the correlation among teachers’ bullying attitudes, students’ bullying attitudes and students’ bullying behaviors and analyze the mediating effect of students’ bullying attitudes by using questionnaire method. In the second study, the differences between teachers’ attitudes towards bullying and students’ attitudes towards bullying in three dimensions, namely, the seriousness of bullying, the empathy for victims and the possibility of intervention, were investigated by interview method. In the third study, the group intervention program was used to intervene in teachers’ bullying attitude, enhance teachers’ anti-bullying attitude, and then influence students’ bullying attitude and bullying behavior,so as to reduce the incidence of school bullying.Specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)By directly measuring teachers’ bullying attitudes,Study 1 found that there was no significant correlation between teachers’ bullying attitudes and students’ bullying behaviors, and there was no significant correlation between teachers’ bullying attitudes and students’ bullying behaviors, which failed to verify the mediating effect between teachers’ bullying attitudes and students’ bullying behaviors.(2)Study 2 found that teachers’ attitudes towards bullying and students’ perceived attitudes towards bullying had five significant differences in three dimensions, namely, the seriousness of bullying, the empathy for victims and the possibility of intervention.(3)In study 3,10 teachers were intervened through 5 intervention activities.Although the data of teachers and students before and after did not reach the level of significance, the average scores before and after changed.Teachers had a deeper understanding of bullying on the whole, and the intervention activities had achieved the effect to some extent.
